“James, from CMS, helped us coordinate a move of my Snap On toolbox from my former work location to a new destination at very short notice. He helped us navigate how to hire a moving company for a single item that was heavy and needed shipping protection. Kevin, the moving driver and Nick arrived on time, carefully packed up my toolbox, and loaded it in the truck for a secure ride of 52 miles. CMS provided a tracking app so that we could watch the delivery route. The move was timely and safe. Kevin and Nick unloaded and unpacked my toolbox at the destination. The safe and timely move of my toolbox was a major blessing and relief to us since we had no idea who to call for moving a heavy toolbox until we called CMS, just two days before the move. We now know that a move should be planned well in advance, but we are grateful for the kindness and consideration of the CMS personnel for responding to our request and supporting this move so that the toolbox was moved safely without damage.
