I've been here many times, and service always seemed just so so. There is hardly any enthusiasm or energy put into helping. It feels more like an old school car parts store where it's just look up a part and here you go. Today might be our last visit. My daughter stopped in to buy a headlight bulb. She doesn't have much experience with cars, but needs to learn. She gave the year make and model of the car, the associate sold her the wrong bulb. The car was outside where he could have checked. And he cynically asked her "do you know how to replace this?" she said no but was going to learn and he didn't bother to help, no suggestions, no youtube, nothing. Also, I never understood why NAPA doesn't recycle oil and filters while everyone else does? Why should I buy my oil and filters at NAPA and then Advance Auto has to recycle it? I think it's time to move on.

Arrived just before 6pm as one associate looked at our car with kids while locking up early (before their posted closing time of 6pm) and the other was laughing as he walked away. Will not go back, clearly no customer service and not family friendly.

Average ... after researching brake pads for my truck that need a high grip pad, they came out with a ceramic (non grip) pad. I asked why, they said it's all they had..
Don't expect much industry knowledge, just employees running the register.

They sold me a higher priced alternator. The gap was too small to fit in my car. Wasted hours in the rain just to have to go back and get the correct part.

Not professional staff (they don’t know what they’re doing), I ordered one thing and they sent me another. The service is still at a very weak level. I don't recommend it!
