“Great local nursery with strong selection and incredible hanging baskets. We’ve made their flowers, and large geranium baskets, a regular part of our Spring preparations.”

“Excellent service. Estimate booking appt. took almost a month, but once the installer came to replace the pump all went well. He couldn't have been nicer, good work ethic. Thank you!”
“Fantastic nursery. They are just starting out and getting more and more plants and trees in stock. Friendly staff that will help you with all your planting needs.”
“Big shout out to Stephanie for her stellar customer service! She showed us around the nursery and recommended the right plants for us as well as offering excellent advice on how to care for them. They have a great selection of healthy, beautiful plants and it's a fun place to walk around.”
“I want chickens! They have baby turkeys, too. Great store for garden needs. Plant selection is small, but the prices are very competitive. The only place I have been able to find bags of filbert shells, which I love to use for mulch.”

“The directions on google making it harder than it needs to be. Okay, this place, looks a little rough around the edges, but, they are so nice and helpful, and they have a lot of stuff to check out! Great, easy experience, will return!”
“I can’t thank Flower by Chi enough for the beautiful work they did for my mother’s funeral. Losing her has been one of the hardest things our family has faced, but the care and detail that went into every arrangement truly honored her memory. From the stunning casket spray to the smaller arrangements around the service, every flower felt hand-picked and thoughtfully placed. It was clear they understood how much she meant to us and took extra care to make everything just right. Their compassion and professionalism made the process easier and brought a little bit of peace to our family on such a difficult day. I wholeheartedly recommend Flower by Chi for any occasion where flowers can convey love and comfort.”
“My husband and I received excellent customer service from Bob and Curtis at your South Hill location! They did everything in their power to find what we needed! For that reason, we will always visit your store in the future! Thanks again for your help! Much appreciated!”
“Never had a bad experience here, staff have always been very helpful and pointing me in the right directions of new sales that I'm looking for that are on the end caps. Military discount is applied to most items, but not everything in store. I don't understand why numerous companies hand pick which items will get a Military discount and others will not, but it's not the end of the world. Have found the dedicated parking for veterans a BEAUTIFUL thing, as sometimes the place is packed and it saves me from having to walk extremely far to where I'm trying to shop in. I recommend this location as a place to shop, as you will always get/find what you need extremely quickly.”
“Truck rental at home Depot was pretty easy
Called Penske and made my reservation date, picked it up 3 days later drove one way dropped it off and that was it no hassle”
“I have always found the staff to be helpful…but I want to give a special shoutout to Amanda in your lumber section. She helped me figure out what I needed to complete my home project. Thanks Amanda..you are appreciated!!”
“Showed up for Pre-Selection and came back a week later to cut our tree! It seems that if you want to have a U-Cut experience these days you have to go to any tree lots pre-selection. It was a super simple process and the tree was at a great price point, places we have gone to in years past were way more expensive. When we were picking out a tree for pre-selection we had so many different contenders because there was a ton of great options. They manicure all the trees to make them all perfect with a classic Christmas tree shape. I would definitely come back here every year provided I made it to pre-selection. Donut food truck was an added bonus + wreaths for sale. Kind older fella even helped me with my tree out to the parking lot!”

“Finally a good experience i knew where to go to get what I wanted and I so I didn't have to try and find someone that works there that knows where anything is at”

“I enjoy taking my dog for a walk here although employees are no longer allowed to give treats. Other dogs in the store are usually well behaved.
Associates are friendly. There's a few that are knowledgeable and can help but not many if you want more than just the basic locations of items.
Only complaint is that more and more items are being locked up and hard to find an employee to unlock.”

“Rented a aerator and thatcher. I was told I could not use the U-Haul trailer that had already been rented. Because of some insurance issues they had in the past. After getting a manager involved and pointing out a customer loading the same equipment onto a makeshift trailer of plywood and metal frame and two little tiny tires. The manager gave his approval.”
“I'm a fan of Home Depot, friendly people, but Lowes always ends up having better pricing and selection, and More help all over the store. Sorry, gotta be honest.”
“Well, customer service was really good. And prices were relatively fair. I have noticed a difference when you go to areas of the store. And it seems that specialists, now that around do not know a lot about some of the products or how to use them or install them. Just seems like there has been a big drop in that knowledge in the store going on for the past few years. I'm not saying the store is not a good place to shop. And I'm not saying that the employees do not offer great customer service, but to lack of knowledge Or experience has shown compared to what it used to be.”
