I've started taking my Odyssey here for service and after 3 visits, this is my new go-to for all of my service. They have good availability and their staff has been great. I've primarily worked with Mike and can't recommend him enough.

The young salesman was friendly and helpful. When his supervisor got involved things became more stressful. I felt like I was cornered. Between the supervisor and the Manager they should have had 4 ears instead they had no ears didn’t listen to a thing I said. I just kept hearing 10 more minutes when in real time it ran into 2 hrs. We drove off the lot with what I hope is a dependable car. We did get a good deal and very reasonable monthly payments. Even though I felt pressured. The young lady doing the financing was a joy. Time will tell.

Mike was super helpful and knowledgeable. Very relaxed and low pressure experience. Prices actually matched what was advertised online and were more reasonable than other dealership I visited. Paperwork process went quickly.

The experience was fast and accommodating. The staff was personable and kind when I inquired initially about test driving the car. Judi let me reschedule and was very welcoming when I was deciding to buy. Noah made the purchase very smooth. If I had questions, I never once had a problem asking because I knew that he would answer respectfully and honestly. Ernesto made all the paperwork an absolute breeze and we were out in a timely manner.The most comfortable I have ever been at a dealership. It was an excellent experience.

I have used their services for the second time and it has been a great experience. They are so professional and went beyond and above to get me the best deal. Everything was explained fully and the paperwork was very clear. The staff is the best and the showroom has always looked great. If I choose to get another car they will definitely be my choice. I am glad that I chose to do business with this company.

We were needing another car asap. We choose Honda of Sumner. My husband and I walked in believing we would not be approved for a vehicle because our credit was not the best. From the start we met Noah. He was awesome! Professional, Listened to what we wanted. Never pushed you into any direction. Found a vehicle we liked. With Noah hard work we got approved!! After that working with everyone else in the finance department were awesome and welcoming. Our experience here was wonderful from start to finish. I would definitely recommend them to anyone. I dropped off my car at 7:45am and it was done with inspections by about 9:30am. It then took until about 1:45pm for the repairs (brakes and rotors) to be done, if you need an idea of timing. All in all, I feel like it was a good experience with fair prices, friendly staff, and reasonable times. Our brakes work fantastically and I would recommend this service shop to others. :)

Customer service and extended warranty services are a joke. They don't cover what you are promised and are very unhelpful after you pay for their services. Highly recommend going to a different dealership

It was a good experience, possibly just a lack of communication. I scheduled an oil change and to have my tire checked since the sensor came on. I was offered a complimentary car wash as well. Upon pick up I was informed my sensor was just on. By the next morning I had to go to a tire shop, there was a nail in my tire. But super friendly customer service, made sure I got my oil change!

I worked with Cavin and they guy in poc walking on november 18 and bought a car from this dealership i had the car delivered so i never physically drove the car before paying for it. (Stupid me) but after driving it that night I struggled to see i called the dealership immediately telling them i couldnt see i initially thought it was the headlights but realized the windshield was tinted. Surprise to everyone there apparently. It took them a hour of trying to force me to drive in a vehicle i felt unsafe in after telling them this several times. I was talked down to and ignored of my feelings and family safety. The second hour me refusing to leave until i got another vehicle or the tint was removed they refused and wanted me to set an appointment days later mind you this is thanksgiving weekend so that wasnt an option. This was done all within the 7 day warranty that they are trying to refuse to up hold it took 2 hours for them for them to come with a solution. I have also asked for a copy of the 7day warranty and have been ignored

Will, my salesman was great. Not pushy at all. I told him what I wanted, what I wanted to pay and trade-in. He made it happen. Very courteous, he kept me informed at all times on the wait, what to do next, etc. The sales manager, Nathan was great too, no bartering back and forth, or wasting time at all. I will definitely do business here again and tell friends! Thanks for everything guys.

Purchased a used vehicle recently. The dealer disclosed a "minor" oil leak. Come to find out it was a MAJOR oil leak. Have been trying to get them to fix the issue but they refuse to cover the costs of repairs and are requiring us to pay to fix the issue. Our sales women London was a pleasure to deal with and very polite, and Mike in service has been amazing, but we feel like we have been taken advantage of as this is an issue that was not disclosed to us and now we are being forced to pay for repairs on an issue that was being hidden.
