Future dad who knows nothing here. Super nice and knowledgable staff. Answered and provided a TON of great info on strollers and car seats. Very impressed on the knowledge level to help show comparisons between brands etc.

My husband and I just left and we were helped by McKenzie. She went above and beyond for us and was so helpful, kind, and patient. This is something you don’t experience very often these days with customer service. Every time I come into this store the ladies are so nice. It just meant so much to us. Sometimes in a high end store like this the vibe is not warm and inviting but that was/ is definitely not the case at sugar babies. Customer for life! Thank you Mckenzie for your help and guidance with my twins car seat and stroller! ❤️

SugarBabies is one of my favorite stores to shop at in Sumner. We are close enough to walk from our home to the store, so usually we don’t take our car and take our stroller instead. This happened when we decided we were ready to get our next car seat. The SugarBabies team set up a personal delivery to our home so we didn’t have to figure out brining a car back downtown to get our new car seat. The best customer service hands down, and we always feel welcome stoping by to see what’s new!

I would like to share my positive experience with SugarBabies: I ordered from them from Canada. They were helpful in providing me with information about the products I was interested in. I made the payment online, and was planning an in-person pickup. Later on, I became aware that I can not bring the ordered products (stroller, car seat and accessories) into Canada due to regulatory reasons. Since I couldn't do anything with the ordered products, I requested a refund, which they kindy provided me. I appreciate your great support, and recommend for others to buy from them, as you can do it safely!

One of my favorite stores ! Not to big not to small . Just enough space for you to shop , look around .. see what you like then come back . It’s pricey .. just a pick things here and there type store .If you know nothing about strollers and car seats this is where you go you get 1:1 tutorial and if it’s busy might be 3:1 but it’s ok . They try their best to help .Be prepared if they don’t have what you need in store when it comes to car seats and strollers so order early .Go on a weekday as well .

I’ve been to this store many times and love it! Most recently I bought a pretty expensive car seat and was so discouraged that it was faulty. The owner went above and beyond to make it right with the manufacturer and ensure it was installed right. So grateful for amazing customer service. This is why you shop small instead so you don’t have to call a 1-800 number to talk to a robot

I highly recommend SugarBabies for high quality baby gear. The staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their products. As first time parents, we learned a lot about the different features and things to look for in strollers, car seats, etc. by talking with them. All their products are well-priced for their quality level. They're comparable to Pottery Barn Kids or West Elm. If I can buy it from these guys, though, I'd rather support the local economy. Great experience overall.

This place has baby items you can't find anywhere else. This is a great place to get a unique gift or item for your own child. The inventory is constantly rotating. The shop is top notch, and super clean. The staff will go above and beyond to help you. Their website is also helpful in seeing what the current trends are. Sign up to be a member and you can get additional discounts and notifications.

This little Sumner boutique has cute, functional items that I use everyday with my baby. One of my favorite brands (copper pearl) because of there breathable soft fabrics is here. I highly recommend. One of the ladies working reccomended a onsie by harp angel and its so breathable; my baby boy loves it.The prices are also comparable as products are similar priced on amazon but I prefer to do small business shopping where I can feel and know I'm getting quality products as I have found here.I will be back.

My daughter was born two weeks before her due date. I planned on ordering her stroller but right before ordering I called the store with a couple of questions regarding shipping. The staff is very helpful and friendly. The lady I spoke to ensured that if I placed my order while she's in front of her computer she would push my order and overnight it and that's exactly what I did. I loved my experience with Sugar Babies, I wouldDefinitely recommend them to my friends and family.

By far the best customer service! We went in looking at car seats and strollers as new expecting parents and they made it so easy & helped us find the perfect option! They showed us a good variety of options, gave us time to look around and play with them. You can tell they really enjoy their job and helping people who come in. Ashley and the rest of the employees at sugar babies were so helpful and accommodating when we came back a couple months later to purchase the car seat we were wanting. Couldn’t recommend them enough! ❤️

Went the day before looking for tights for toddlers and will they had one color which was Neutral in color which would match most of the outfits and dresses that I had just bought for my granddaughter. The sales clerk handed me the pair and I said this is a good color this would work its neutral. I did ask for a size 3T or a 4T but when I returned home I noticed it was a 12 month in size clearly this is T going to work I returned and she did not have the size I was like oh for! I was upset waist my time and all the have is store credit! So before you ask make darn sure they get the size you need. I would think the business would have more on hand being it is a higher end Boutique I've shopped in mini boutiques for children and this one needs a lot of work. I will return to Texas and shell for my granddaughter in the Benbrook area where I normally shop
