Brought my truck here after a poor experience from the neighboring competitor/business (Car Smart Auto Services).
From the moment I walked in; Neil and his wife were welcoming and eager to help me out.
I was able to get my car in the bay to be diagnosed in a matter of 5 minutes.
Their team was very direct/intentional and executed with awesome dispatch. They identified the problem and went right to work on my vehicle.
While I’m not completely vehicle literate, I did my homework on my symptoms/performance issues and what a fair/good market price was for the work needing to be completed.
I knew I could trust this business because they affirmed my research beliefs based on their own diagnostic work. A very fair/good price for the work I needed was provided.
There was great communication throughout the whole process and I felt informed every step of the way.
I would highly recommend this shop to anyone needing any auto services. His team is warm, welcoming, and respectful.
Above all else, they simply got the job done and did so in a manner that I felt was fair, ethical, and with significant urgency.
This is the way all businesses within this industry of work should operate!

Took my 71 corvette to them it was running ruff. Got it back in three hours and it was running great. Neal had mechanic that worked on it explain to me what they had to do. Thought everyone there was polite and courteous. Will be going back if anymore problems arise. Thank you guys!

Had a pretty bad experience here. Neal is very rude, condescending and disrespectful. He will talk over you and keep putting you off and off for work that you've booked to have done after saying he will call you and he never does. I took my car elsewhere for the work it needed doing because it was such a poor experience. Do not recommend and see several other reviews like this!

Took my 68 Chevy C10 to Neal and he did an amazing job on an entire new exhaust front to back. He walked me through all of the options and made sure I got What I wanted. Pricing was very fair and workmanship was excellent.
I’d highly recommend Neal from Top Gun to any classic car or any car owner.

All I can say is my truck has never sounded as good as it does now and it's never had this incredible new power , ever since they cut off my old exhaust and put a new
one...on..I had no idea how much of an impact our exhaust has on overall performance. I'd recommend anyone and everyone to come here....absolutely

This place has the worst service of any place I've ever been to. I took my Toyota Tacoma in to have the stock exhaust replaced, as it had rusted out over the years. First, they told me they could order an upgraded cat-back exhaust for it for about the same price as a stock replacement exhaust. I agreed that an upgrade would be nice. But...they didn't do that. They replaced it with some piece of shit kit that ended up rusting out again less than two years later. However, the paperwork says "lifetime warranty." When I called to ask about my warranty replacement options, Neil decided he wanted to start an argument with me and told me to take my truck somewhere else. So I did. Screw this guy.

The owner (Neil) is quite rude, disrespectful and condescending. I went in wanting a specific exhaust installed and he says “Oh, no you don’t need that. Here’s what you really need instead.”He also brags about his other customers. “Oh one of ny other customers had a $100k car in here last week for muffler install.” Ridiculous.No thanks.
