Tobacco Time is a shop with exceptional and excellent customer service, where the staff are always nice, fantastic, and great. Customers highly recommend the store, noting it is unmatched compared to others and a safe place to ask questions. The selection and amount of product is huge, with a huge collection of wares including everything from pipes, nectar collectors, torches, glassware, vapes, and throwing knives to cigarettes. They always have something new or cool, with an ever-changing inventory where you can see something new each visit. The prices are fantastic, with sales like vapes for 2 for $38.99 and monthly brand sales with free goodies. The owners are a fantastic and caring couple, and their enthusiasm spills onto the shop floor. The staff are helpful and not pushy, taking time to explain products and pricing options without pressure. They go above and beyond, like finding hard-to-get items and setting them aside. Customers love the shop, many have been regulars since opening day, and they can't recommend it enough, promising that Tobacco Time won't disappoint.
Everyone is so nice!! Jaylyn has been the employee most times I come in and she was born for customer service, always so friendly and helpful with a smile on her face.
My dog loves them too so that just adds the cherry on top!

I've been shopping at this smoke shop for 3 years and it's the best. The customer service is the best I've ever experienced. As a disabled American I can say the courtesy and kindness I receive is top notch.
