“I feel bad about my previous review from 2022. At that time the new ownerrs had just bought the shop from Jenny and I wasnt used to them. I have been taking my cars here since 2012 before the new owners bought this shop and I can say they have not only maintained Jenny's legacy, but they have gone above and beyond in the best way. I recommend them constantly. Also, as a woman, I have to say, If you are a woman and skeptical of mechanics, come here. You will not be dismissed or belittled. These are honest, hard working, honorable dudes. Every concern I have ever expressed to them about my vehicle has been taken seriously and they are so kind and respectful. “Scott @ Stroh's is amazing.! Super personal and great at interacting with the customer. I had been putting off my oil change for a while, they got me right in and gave me a free inspection as well.! I got my car back in no time and they also changed my battery in my key fob, changed my air filter, and put air in all my tires.! Pleasantly surprised with the price as well. “I lent a vehicle to my son to use while he is living in Auburn going to college and he experienced a broken driveshaft. Freddy and his crew were friendly, responsive, and tried hard to keep our bill down by finding the part my son needed through suppliers who could get it to us used in fine condition instead of new. This also saved us time. When Freddy discovered the supplier had sent the part damaged, probably during shipping, he called me immediately and had already researched another supplier who could get the part to us within the week. This was a hard to find part because my son's vehicle is manual transmission and an older model. Not only did Freddy act promptly and keep me informed about the progress, but he and his mechanic stayed late on a Friday evening to get the work done so my son could get back on the road and not miss more class and more flight training (he's in flight school in Renton and was grounded until the vehicle was roadworthy again). Freddy was courteous and kind. We appreciate Auburn Drivetrain!”

“Carrie and her team were phenomenal! I was in a very unique situation where I had traded my husband‘s vehicle for a different car at a dealership in town and it wouldn’t start. We delivered it on a flatbed and they were quite upset with us, and rightfully so. One of the employees suggested 15th Street automotive repair shop and I was extremely grateful. Carrie‘s team stepped in took my husband‘s truck fixed it the very same day and then called the dealership and they picked up the truck. I totally recommend them and they were my angels when I needed them most! Their prices were also more than reasonable. They were fair and honest and upfront with everything that they did to my husband‘s truck.”

“I came in because my radiator was leaking. I called to get an estimate, which was the best price in the vicinity, very reasonable. I asked if I needed to make an appointment to bring it in. The gal on the phone (I don’t remember her name off hand) said it was preferable, and she could have a technician available to look at it around the time we agreed on. Additionally, she said she would order the radiator, so it was ready. Within a matter of a few hours, the job was complete. The technician advised me a bearing in the automatic tensioner pulley, for the belt, sounded bad, making a grinding/humming noise. I asked that they replace that as well. They also checked the overall cooling system, and assured me everything appears to be working fine. I was very happy with how fast they competed the job, and how friendly and competent the staff was. They were very reassuring and appreciative of my business.”

“I have been here a few times now to have work done on my car, and I cannot be more pleased with the service and honesty!
My first visit was a couple of years ago to get a second opinion (was told my transmission was going out...yikes), and took my car here to the specialists! Turns out, it wasn't my transmission at all, and ended up being a tire that was making a weird noise because part of it had been flattened due to me probably slamming on my brakes at some point. Saved me a ton of money with the correct diagnosis, and they didn't charge me!
The next time was for a wheel bearing and they were able to diagnose it quickly, return it to me, and then when I asked them to look again (my car was still making suspicious noises), they took it back, no questions asked, and fixed it again. I felt like the most annoying person, but they listened to my concerns and took them seriously every time, and were so kind about it! Price was incredibly reasonable too. Special shout-out to Donna and Don (and everyone else, really) who took such good care of me and my car!”

“This place is THE place to go with all of your automotive needs. I recently acquired a 09 Avalanche that had some issues going on. From oil pressure dropping. To the air bags blown that were previously installed. Apex took care of it all! She runs like a champ now! Feels brand new and didn’t cost me an arm and a leg. I also had electrical work that needed to be done and they have fixed it all. Andy and Aaron are amazing and really go out of their way to make sure they can get the work done while not breaking your bank. I highly recommend Apex to anyone that needs any work done on their vehicles. “I recently purchased a party bus from California that started having tranny issues as as soon as I got on the road to drive home. It was the first time I had to get a transmission for such a huge bus many shops couldn't handle the job. I was referred here by one of the shops that do my other work and was able to get the job done quickly and on time. It costs me a pretty dime but big boy bus comes with big boy bucks for repairs. lucky for me my vehicles make money so i'm happy to be back on the road. Great job, great staff awesome experience for me.”

I found Tires Depot on Maps as a nearby place and will go back anytime I need tire assistance!!! (although I hope I won't run into another nail anytime soon?)”

“I found Carsmart to be such a lovely place to come in, despite not being very experienced with cars or car maintenance. They were able to give me a pretty great price for an oil change, new wipers and coolant, and a very detailed inspection of my cars health that was texted to me, and they were even able to see me the same day before closing. They were very accommodating and professional, I never felt like I was being pressured to spend more money, they really seemed interested in just letting me know how my car's doing, how much of a priority different things are, and how to keep my car from failing anytime soon. Even though I never met him, Mike seems to have done a great and very thorough inspection of my car, and the gentleman who was helping me at the desk all day (Tyler) was incredibly kind, patient, and informative! Frankly they turned this scary first-time check-up into just kind people wanting to help each other out, and I look forward to coming here in the future!”
