I've only physically been here once, and the staff was nice. Unfortunately, this is the post office where my mail comes from and it's nothing but issues.
I stopped in last week to inquire about a missing package that tracking said was there but it wasn't, they took down my info and said the supervisor would call me - its been a week and no contact yet.
The mail carriers consistently lie about picking up scheduled package pick ups, and I have proof of this. This place is so frustrating!!!

While there is alot of negative reviews, I would like to share my positive experience. I had an appt for a passport. It was set for 1:15, I came in 1:04 and was out by 1:14. It was extremely quick. The person who helped me was name Jeniffer and we had some small talk and it definitely boosted my mood. Shoutout out to jennifer and her super duper bald coworker (nice guy).

Post person is too lazy to get out of their vehicle to come in the office to have us sign for the letter. Leaves a note in our mailbox to come to the post office to pick up the letter that they’re too lazy to walk in our office. We have no steps. Not even a landing to step onto. Park your car and walk on in. Too damn lazy. Must be a union employee.

James the mail man that works out of that location is on point. Also Mr Kim is another stellar worker both have been extremely helpful and gone above and beyond for myself and others I know. Seeing the bad reviews doesn't show the workload that that place is under serving multiple city's mail and having a small staff to get that task taken care of. I appreciate the work they do and the help I received when asking them for assistance.

The worst place and worst customer service. My grandma had a passport appointment at 9:45, we got there at 9:20, and was told to take a seat and wait to be called. They forgot about us and continued to accept customers who dropped off packages. Until 10:10, i went in line again to ask, then I called my grandma up to the counter because she was sitting on the chair and wait instead of standing in line wirh me. When I called my grandma up, he told us to hold, and call the next person in line instead, which was super rude and disrespectful.

Lack of customer service, went to get a passport application. Mind you I did just get one earlier this morning, and the guy I was getting another from later on told me we haven’t had them in stock for awhile. And I told him how I just got one but messed up and he told me I didn’t get it from there and I don’t know what to tell you. I told him one of the other guys have multiple but didn’t want to look…

Tracking information showed that the package was delivered when it in fact was not delivered and no slip was left in the mailbox. I believe this is to show that they meet their quota on paper when in fact, they do not and cannot manage to do so.
This is not the first and I’m sure not the last time this will occur. If I could leave a lower star rating I would.

This is the 3rd time I did not receive package, 2 times they said they delivered it, no I got it the next day. Now they said they delivered it but was not there, i was home all day.. Online it said to pickup at sumner post office. Need better service and honest employees
