My hard drive and battery were really bad and A+PAWN put a new battery and a one-terabyte solid-state drive and reinstalled windows. They put my old hard drive in a special casing that allowed me to transfer my old hard drive data to my computer. And I was able to pickup my computer two days later. I'm 110% satisfied :)
