Horrible service. Today 6/29/24 at 12:44pm I called and the person on the other end didn't sound too lively. I could barely hear her. I asked for help to see if I qualified for a free phone. She just told me to go in and that she could not help me unless I went in there in person. I live in West Richland. This is where I got my old phone 8 years ago. Anyhow she was telling me all this and I asked her why. I could barely hear her she just didn't give a f... I told her. "I can barely here you show some enthusiasm for your job." I hung up on her. Dont have time for that. This is why AT&T is trash. Edit: I went in there today July 19 2024 at around 3:20ish pm. I walked in and was not greeted. The short Hispanic fat girl was sitting on a chair was just stared at me. I had to walk up to her and ask for help. I told her about my situation and the call I received. She simply told me they don't give out phones. Told me they don't call people for that. Ok fine. But then that was it. She didn't offer to help me by seeing what else she could do for me since I need a phone. Just a blank stare. This could have been a great opportunity for her to make a sale but you can't fix lazy people. She just did not want to do her job. Pathetic. I just walked out. Bye AT&T after 8+ years. Good riddance.

The coverage for AT&T is okay. However, as soon as I can I will be changing companies. I was sold a bill of goods from the onset. I did not realize it until several months down the road because of the billing cycle. I’ve talked to Customer many times and have not been able to resolve the issue. I asked to have a supervisor contact me. That didn’t happen. They have tried to right some of the wrongs, but the last issue tipped the scale. I’m now gonna finish my contract out and move on.

do not recommend . I went in there to see how much it would be to take out phones and she said she can get me a deal for $130. We payed for two sim cards before she told us we didnt get approved. She was getting the cases ready and screen protectors too making it seem we got approved. Later told us we didn’t get approved after paying for the sim cards and told us we couldnt keep the sims or get the money back!! Scammers!!

Not helpful at all. Walked out in a matter of seconds because all they ever say is “call customer service”. Their rating is probably lower too. They report each review they don’t like.

I was in there this afternoon and after waiting 20 + minutes without either one of the employee's even acknowledging me I left. I didn't feel welcome or even cared about. Yes, they were both with other customers, but as a customer service representative in all forms, I believe with the right training they may be able to at least say hello and make me feel welcome and noticed. I did not even see either of them smile in any way. It seems like the younger people are not understanding how important positive customer interactions are. This is the 2nd time I have gone in to the Sunnyside AT & T store and walked out due to this type of situation. Most likely it is the last time I go to that store. I was at the Kennewick, WA store last week and dealt with a gal named Ana...now she was a rockstar. I will be going to see her rather than deal with the local store.
