Worst experience in service department. Took my car to get transmission replaced under extended warrantee. Had the car for a day had to take back because they left a motor mount loos and also for some reason disconnected my headlight harness. Picked car back up check engine light turned on they determined transmission was faulty so has to get replaced and want me to pay for the difference in labor AGAIN! Told them I would take it elsewhere and they told me I had to pay them for diagnosing it. Have been arguing with them back and forth with them. I would highly suggest taking your cars elsewhere to be serviced.

Service Department has Terrible Customer Service at Speck-Nissan in Sunnyside, WA. Poor communication by not keeping me updated on the service of my 2018 Nissan Titan. After I dropped it off to be serviced, I had to keep calling to check on my truck, I kept being transferred & put on hold, they only called me back after I called repeatedly for many days, they would put me on hold for a long time without picking back up.I tried to contact the General Manager (Carlos Munguia) & was never able to reach him. I asked for the General Manager's number & email, and nobody would give it to me! I dropped my truck off on Thursday at 12 PM for an oil change & battery check & did not get my truck back till 5 days later (Monday evening). After they changed the battery, they told me my truck would not start. They then kept my truck for many days, did nothing else to it, & gave it back to me.They said something was sucking the power out of my new battery, but never fixed it. Angel (service manager) and Rafael Rocha in the service Department are unprofessional. The Service Manager Angel could not even tell me the full extent of what they did to my truck. He had to read the computer to me & track down his employee who worked on my truck to tell me what they did to my truck. I do not trust this place at all!I requested my tire pressure be checked and set and they did not even do that. They charged me for multiple diagnostics/inspections, but can't even air my tires up. They left all my gauges like MPH in different settings I could not read, I did not know how to change it back. They never explained to me how they serviced my truck; every service professional I have been to for Nissan and Chevy (in the past) explained the paperwork to me, of how they serviced my truck. I have taken my truck to Nissan in Yakima before; I should have this time as well. I may file a complaint with corporate against these guys.

Jason from speck motors made the process of getting a car very easy. He was super helpful and informative, there was also no rush trying to sell us a car he wanted to make sure we found the right car! Super great experience!

All they will do is sell you someone else's problems. Bought a 2015 Sierra over a year ago that had a bad lifter, they told me it would take months to get the parts so I just traded it in. Saw it back on the lot a week later. The truck I replaced it with, a 2018 Silverado has had battery issues, transmission issues, a leaking oil pan gasket and electrical problems. They screwed up the oil pan gasket the first time and leaked oil all over my driveway. tried to bring my truck in for the battery and they ignored me and I couldnt even start my truck the next day. I don't even want to have them look at my transmission. Thanks C Specks for ruining my trust despite the many vehicles me and my family have bought from you over the years.

Screwed up my oil pan gasket. Ignored me when I had issues starting my truck and as a consequence was late to work the next day. And in the end had to pay over $200 for a battery that’s only just over a year old. What a joke. I think they just hire anybody to work here honestly. Not to mention the last truck they sold me had a bad lifter and I was literally told by the service tech Matt that was normal. Decided to trade the truck in and fast forward a year later I have a truck that has even more issues but costed more.

Javier sold me a damaged car claiming if anything went wrong they could fix it. I took it home to find so many issues. Cracked windshield, license plate bolts stripped so they were only held in place by one bolt! So much more that couldn’t be discovered till weeks later when it was too late. A year later the heating stopped working in the middle of winter, I took it back to them and was told they couldn’t fix it because they didn’t have mechanics experience with Audis. I recently got a letter from them offering to buy my car for $5k on top of the BBK estimate only to later recant and offer only $5k for a car they sold me for $19k! Don’t go here, they’re greedy liars.

I love C Speck Motors! The team works well together and they are very attentive to their customers. I am now on my 2nd car through CSpeck Motors. Ricky was amazing at making my new car happen. The worst experience I’ve ever had. I literally got sold a piece of garbage. I bought a car and it literally broke down on me the very next day. The mechanic has taken the car in multiple times and every single time I’ve gotten it back it’s exactly the same. Not only that but my life has been in danger while driving the car due to the issues I’ve kept telling the mechanic it has, I will be driving the car and all of a sudden it just gives out, I would press on the gas and it would not drive anymore I have been almost hit by other vehicles due to that and have been left stranded waiting for someone to pick me up. The last time I took the car the salesman Eddie he plugged in the code reader to the vehicle and a code did pop up which he then took a picture of and said he’d send it to the mechanic and I would hear back from them it’s been weeks and I haven’t heard a single word from them. I work at a credit union and anyone who would like to finance for a vehicle at this place I would definitely tell them to take their business elsewhere.

Great Team and Buying Experience.We drove 5 hours to look at this SUV from their "Bargain Lot" and had a great experience start to finish. These are really nice respectful people and gave us a great deal on a car I really wanted.Javi guided the process and it was a pleasure to work with him and the team from start to finish.

Very professional and kind people at Speck Motors. They helped us out get the right vehicle for my wife. We were extremely impressed on how far they went to work with us to get the vehicle we wanted and desired. I will definitely be coming back if I need a new vehicle. These are very trustworthy people and have been in business since 1912 and I see why. If you are looking to purchase a new vehicle, I highly recommend this dealership. Fabulous service is all I can say ! Sales Rep Jason listened attentively and gave me options!! The first vehicle I fell in love with ended up stalling on me the next day . I quickly messaged Jason regarding the issue he quickly got me in to the shop to get a vehicle that I felt safe and loved. I settled on a 2016 Honda Accord! The vehicle I absolutely adore. The exterior is clean and the interrupt is absolutely beautiful !!

I drove from Seattle to Sunnyside to buy a used truck. It was not what I wanted. My salesman was Eddie Garcia. Not once did he pour on the car sales techniques and pressure me into a diff vehicle. Instead, he was friendly, honest and answered my questions about trucks on the lot. He showed me a discounted 2022 pick up that I liked and worked with me to put me in something I felt was a reasonable price for what I got. Even with an admin mistake, the entire dealership worked to make it right. The manager Angel was friendly and again, did not do the sales to manager BS you get at other dealerships. I was pretty content with my purchase. I would recommend this branch to anyone looking for an honest deal where both sides get what they want. We'll be back for our next car here.
