Every single time I've come in here I've seen mice or roaches, I don't understand how this grocery store stays open it's disgusting, never again.

This place always maintains good products. But recently I visited and I did see baby rats. I hope this problem can be fixed. I would just recommend that you would stay away from the food made there. We saw the rats next to the beverage area. I just thought it should be brought out. Besides this event happening everything else is great, customer service is spot on

My favorite grocery store in town, without question. Awesome tortillas, awesome fresh-made refried beans, and pre-made carne asada. Very friendly, bilingual staff as well. Great prices on just about everything from standard grocery items to Mexican beers. Now that I live here, I think I'm there more than I'm at any other grocery in town. I shall soon be Foursquare Mayor, I think. In all seriousness, if you're looking for a great grocery store in Sunnyside, Fiesta Foods is your best bet.

Great quick lunch spot, extremely inexpensive, friendly people. Tamales and enchiladas from counter recommended. Space to eat inside.

On car trips home (back to Idaho from Seattle) I purposely skip breakfy to have chile rellenos and cheesy jalapeno tates at this market. I also pick up freshly baked pan dulce (Mexican sweet bread) to take home to my family which the ex used to say taste "like sweet hot dog buns" so maybe they are one of my stranger indulgences. Their selection of spices and imports could keep me wandering the aisles for an entire day. If only we had one in Seattle!

I love their meat dept. But don't go near their deli unless you speak spanish. No one back there speaks english. They have screwed up my order every time. Today I tried their fried chicken. I asked for drumsticks and thighs and got home to find 2 drumsticks and 6 wings. The other time I've tried it, its been inedible because its was so dry.. We've tried the tamales. Not good. The filling in the beef was from a jar. The chicken was just a piece of chicken and a canned pepper.

If you want an authentic feel, like you've been transported outside of the U.S. (while keeping your sorry butt in the U.S.), come to Fieta Foods! I mean, really.....these guys have: **A deli that has things like carne asada, adobo, barbacoa, etc. etc.....no joe joe's and fried chicken in this deli! **2 or 3 huge jars of rice water-horchata, jamaica, and pineapple! **Freshly made (always making!) tortillas **a whole cow's head and a pig's head back in the meat section **free check cashing in the the front **cheap produce **everything you need to be not just a store, but an experience!

I totally agree that this is a kick-ass grocery store! I hope that they'll expand and move into the Seattle/Tacoma area where I live. This store had beautiful ingredients and products piled almost to the ceiling. The sense of bounty and joy in food was palpable in the air and the happy people working and shopping add to the festive atmosphere. We stopped and bought fresh corn and flour tortillas Mexican pastries and drooled over the prepared items in the deli cases. We had a taco party at our house and our guests loved the fresh, real flavor of the tortillas. I'm just sad that a store like this isn't in my neighborhood.

Fiesta Foods: party over here! So, I stopped at this place on the drive from Vancouver B.C. to Boulder, Colorado, a 23 hour trek. It was about 11 p.m. and I was searching for a quick inexpensive bite. Upon entering, I realized this was a serious Mexican grocery store: i.e. I was the only white dude in the place, and Spanish was being used more than English. Walking through the aisles you get to see the real deal of Mexican food, from Mexican pastries, to a million varieties of chilies, to weird a** candy. What was sweet about this place was that it was cheap, seriously cheap. The pico de gaillo was fresh, even if it was burning hot, and the Mexican pastries and cookies were tasty. Seriously, this place kicked a*** It made me realize that us Americans don't really have a cuisine of our own: we just import and rip off, and the stuff we do have is just do to laziness. I mean come on, hot dogs? Apple pie? Whatever man...tamales rocks you, so there we go. Mexico 1, USA 0
