“All staff members are super friendly. I have no complaints! There is one employee in particular that I would love to shout out and that is Maria. Maria is always making sure the equipment is clean, including the girls locker room.. when I say spotless I mean SPOTLESS. Her smile is contagious and the positive energy coming from her makes me feel comfortable and makes me believe I chose the right gym. Thank you Maria for taking the time to make sure the members have everything clean and keeping us safe!!”

I train with Kyle and he's great -- smart, friendly, always on time or early, and he doesn't take any of my nonsense (absolutely required for my success). He has a good sense of how hard to push me, yet not too much and gives solid advice when I need it. Highly recommend him!”
