My sister and I showed up to refinance an auto loan. The original loan was with another bank. Maria Garcia who is the front desk manager was able to advise us in what was the best option for us. It turned out that my sister was able to refinance her auto loan by herself. Maria was also able to advise me on what lines of credit would best suit me, to better help my credit score. Overall I am please with the time and the options that Maria offered for my sister and I. She was able to manage our issues, resolve them. And was still able to oversee and help her staff in the front desk. This was my first time visiting this Bank, overall very pleased with the service.

I tried calling this location for 2 days in a row and never get my calls answered even after trying to call at different times of the day. Once I was able to speak to someone she was not being helpful with the questions I had. The Grandview branch was able to assist me better and much quicker

Hate this bank, ever since it changed to self help it’s ridiculous. Can’t get good service from anyone and the call waits are insane. They went down hill from bad to worse. I’m changing banks ASAP

I hate our bank since it changed to self-help.I can't get into my online account, waiting for a phone call to "confirm" and the phone call hasn't come for over an hour.Ridiculous.

Now you can’t reach anyone in the branch because call center based off in California or other states……Update * reporting card lost or stolen took me 45 minutes on the phone with their off site call center. My other account was two clicks on their app…..run away
