Went to return some items$110 of items. When I purchased the $300 of stuff, I paid half cash and half on my debit.They couldn't give me cash back only on my card.Or store credit.I asked if it would be refunded right away..Still hasn't.Chose some more items and seen the line was all the way to the back!!Why only 2 associates checking out people?!

Would rate 0 stars if possible.I don’t usually leave as reviews but this was HORRIBLE!I had about a $70 return card for Ross and was going to use it but the store said the balance was $0. Never used the card before and never been to Ross since returning the bad quality clothing. The manager couldn’t do anything so called customer service. Customer service refused to do anything and didn’t explain what happened or what they could do to help. Thanks for nothing!Worst store experience ever
