Not happy with my experience at Valley Dry Cleaners. I brought in a jacket and a dress to be cleaned, and when I asked for a price, I was told it would be $55 for the jacket and $35 for the dress—a total of about $90. I double-checked with the woman helping me, and she confirmed that amount. She never mentioned any additional fees or deposits, and I asked if I should pay then or when I picked up. She said to pay at pickup.
When I returned, I was told the total was $199. I was shocked and asked where the extra charges came from, but she just insisted that was the price. There was no clear explanation, and we stood there awkwardly as I explained that I had been quoted $90. If I had known it would cost more than double, I would have taken my items somewhere else.
I work in customer service and was very polite throughout the whole interaction. But this experience felt like poor communication, a lack of transparency, and possibly being overcharged. I won’t be going back, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to others.

If I could rate them 0 I would
I bring in my jacket.They tell me it's gonna be $30 then when I go pick it up, they're telling me it's $40 more.They never told me when I left the first time that I was gonna be charged more.They don't tell you until you pick up And you have no choice to pay, I think that's stealing from people and I don't think that's right!

Great laundromat with awesome owners and employees. I’ve never beeh here without seeing them cleaning the machines and floors. Very respectful owners/employees! Keep up the great job your doing and don’t worry about the haters! Haters will ALWAYS find something to cry about! Valley Cleaners is the Best!!

I wish I could rate zero star 0 My mother went and accidentally put a nickel in dryer the owner called her stupid and she confronted him about it he denied it and said its not my fault u can't speak English she responded I can't speak English but I do understand it and I also know all the English bad words I will make this a civil matter you will not put my mother down like that!!!

Horrible customer service, saw a rat in there a couple of times. The owners are rude rude rude. Mean to Spanish speaking customers , horrible customer service skills. A disgrace to the Hispanic community . Besides that the machines never work properly. Like I said, seen rats on multiple occasions. So sad. Used to be amazing before the new owners

Was 3 days late on my shirts and jeans being done and wasn't heavy starched like I requested and over charged service sucked
