I would've liked to have been kept in the loop with better communication, I only found out it was done when I got the final invoice via email. I also would've liked notes from the tech about what they found when they got it apart. All I have is a list of tasks, I was hoping for an informed opinion on what kind of shape my truck is in overall.”

I was told by another repair shop that to replace my driving lightbulb they would need to remove my bumper as the light socket had melted and needed to be replaced. Cost $450. We declined the service. We then took it to Keyport Auto Repair. They replaced the light bulb easily and charged us $36 for part and labor. It’s so refreshing and necessary to be able to trust a repair shop.”

“Can I give 10 stars? We broke down on our way to the Mariners play off game. He worked amazing miracles. Helped find a tow, was getting parts, got us back on the road. Kudos to Kitsap Towing for a difficult spot to pick up our car from. We made it to the game when we'd lost hope and saw 10 of the 15 innings!”
