I was apprehensive about what all would need done. I was relieved that it wasn't a long list and was even told that nothing was urgent, which allowed me to decide what work to have done when. While I waited, I was able to comfortably work on my computer in their office space. What really stood out was how respectfully and professionally they treated every customer who walked in or called. I could hear how well they communicated and collaborated as a team on each vehicle, it's clear they take pride in their work.
I originally thought I needed new brakes, and honestly, they could have easily sold them to me. Instead, they were upfront and honest, letting me know the brakes were still in good condition. That kind of integrity is rare and much appreciated.

Coopers Auto Repair is a straightforward mechanic who keeps you informed. I had a weird AC issue with my jeep, and they even called in a specialist to try to figure it out. Called me back a handful of times and let me know they are still troubleshooting.
