Lady locked the door, sat down and ate her lunch while, my girlfriend was knocking on the door to pick up an item ordered from another store, she waited 40mins cause we live far out. What a joke!! Upon purchasing my washer and dryer I was told they would do deliveries, so I set up delivery. The day before my delivery they called saying I have to wait longer for my delivery because they got the delivery times mixed up and their driver is actually off work that day. That’s fine I’ll go pick it up myself. Once picking them up I was told that I have to go to a different location to pick up the rest of the parts for my washer and dryer. All the hoses, the lint catcher and the dryer hose. I was also told that they were going to be clean when I received them and they in fact were not clean at all. Smelt like cigarets and had dog hair all over. So I had to wait in the parking lot while they cleaned my dryer out for me so that the lint catcher they pulled off a product on the floor (explains why mine was missing that part) would fit in my dryer.

I had the unfortunate need for plumbing services at a new property. The insurance company connected me to Aaron's. All the repairs were handled by Rich, who was pleasant and cheerful, quick and efficient. I absolutely will be calling to have him handle any future issues I might need.

I really don't know why I keep coming back here. It's cheap that's why. Bought a couch paid same as cash price set up payments. When it was displayed in the show room it's up against a window and the light was hitting it. It was so pretty. It got delivered I noticed little holes all over it from cat scratches. I called 3x and emailed photos of the damage and just never heard back with a solution. If I wanted a used ripped couch I could have got one off offer up for $100 not $1,0000. Needless to say I'll NEVER be back and I will make sure I let everyone know how shady that is
