Asian Islander Filipino Market is a small, 'hole in the wall' market with an atmosphere of a small business that cannot be recreated by big business. It carries a great amount of Filipino market items and ALL the novelty items you can't find anywhere else, including multiple options for staple foods, whole Goldilocks cakes, kawali pans made in the Philippines, and yummy snacks not found at more popular Asian markets nearby. For islanders, it carries EVERYTHING from back home, like rota pepper, lemmai, betel nut, and flags, eliminating the need to import items. The store is constantly organizing and improving, kept clean with no pests. It is a must-visit store with lots of goodies you will not find at other stores, bringing you closer to home.
Definitely a 'hole in the wall' market. But it has a great amount of Filipino market items I need and close without traveling all the way into Lakewood.

They offer different kinds of groceries like breadfruit but I only find Asian food.
