We have a billing / phone turn in issue that still hasn’t been resolved over a month later. Also, yesterday, we regrettably had the same individual working on the teacher discount and phone trade in, work on attaching my phone line to the account. He had no clue what he was doing. Seemed like a nice guy, but no follow through on promises to correct a situation.

26 Jun 24....Return visit to lower my Direct TV bill. Was not acknowledged upon entry. Was not informed during first visit that in order to lower the bill, auto payment would be required. I waited over an hour only to be told AT&T and direct TV no longer work together for bill bundling; yet my monthly statement has both billed together. My time AND money is being wasted. ?

Appears that a majority of reviews here are fake. I was in store, and just like another review, the employee didn’t acknowledge me at entry or tell me how long I might be waiting. I finally interrupted to inquire and was met with passive aggression. Finally another employee came out and tried to help me find an accessory product. They didn’t have it, went across the street to a competitor and bought over there.

AT&T is the store. I go to the one in university place. The staff is so nice and patient. They treat all the customers the same. They always acknowledge you when you come in and also if you have to wait. I gave it a 5 because of the outstanding customer service they give.

I say two stars because she did at least tell me it was going to be a while but didn't ask me any other questions sat there and chatted with the person she was helping the whole time about her parents who lived in a different city didn't even ask me what I needed help with or what I was in there for I sat there for 10 minutes very rude I believe for customer service but at least she did let me know it was going to be a wait. And if there are typos in my review because I don't have time to stop and type it all out no pun intended

This phone is SOOO amazing for the Xbox app. It doesn’t heat up as much as other phones running this application.
