Prices are going up and they seem to always be in a bad mood. Not friendly and jerk your hands around, when a simple sentence would suffice. Went here 8 times and gave up. I go somewhere else now.

I have been going here for the last 2 years. Always a great experience. My daughter and I get do girls day out here. We get do our fills and get the deluxe pedicures and occasionally my eyebrows waxed. The ladies are always great and they never rush, even when busy. We usually make an appointment but even when we don't they usually can fit us in pretty quickly, if not right away. We will continue going here.

I visit this salon for manicures and pedicures, and my stylist, Q, is excellent. However, i recently tried underarm waxing. Their sign says $15, which I found overpriced. Despite this, I went in for the service. But when I paid, I was shocked to be charged $30. Kayla explained that she charges $15 for each underarm, which I found ridiculous

Absolutely one of the best experiences, I have had at a nail salon. It was recommended to me by my son and daughter in law who go there regularly. I will be a regular customer going forward and would highly recommend to anyone looking for top notch service.

I’ve walked into this nail shop on two different occasions and each time they were extremely rude to the point of embarrassment. I simply walked in and before I could ask, a nail tech retorted in a nasty tone, “no we can’t do your nail” on both occasions. They didn’t even offer me a time to return. These are the most rudest people I’ve encountered. This might be the way they think they can speak to African Americans, but my money is green. I will not ever go back to this place. There are too many nail salons that will accommodate me.

Kayla is a great manicurist, and her prices are very reasonable. The ambiance is nice, and you can watch TV while getting your nails and toes done! Very nice staff.

So kind and friendly! I brought my daughter with me who is 4 years old and all the staff helped to keep her entertained while I was serviced and pampered. It truly takes a village; and I highly recommend Kaylah!!
