I have never experienced this kind of above and beyond, white glove treatment and I will sing your praises to whoever will listen. This place has poor service from start to finish. Bought a car for "22 and change" (apparently $995 is "change" to the sales guy). Then got upsold on the maintenance plan which is garbage; DO NOT purchase the maintenance plan through the dealership, you'll barely break even and the service center is absolutely TERRIBLE. Every time I've come in with an appointment, I've had to wait at least 2 hours, and there have been times when the maintenance people didnt even shut off the maintenance light, so i had to go back to in to get it turned off. One employee my wife talked to even said he wouldnt get his car serviced there. The most recent visit was over 4 hours and cost over $500 and they sent me a video of my inspection, where the car they were "inspecting" was a toyota 4x4 truck (my car is a camry). I thought they would be more reputable as a toyota dealership, but they very much operate as a fly by night shop.

After purchasing a pre-owned vehicle in May, we were so happy with the service that we returned to purchase a new Tacoma TRD from Nate Carbone and Rob Miller. Good guys and highly recommended. Have also purchased from their Audi dealership in Fife and service at their Porsche dealership next door, and also purchased from their RAM dealership in Puyallup.

Spent over 5 hours at this dealership trying to purchase a car. They added 14 hard inquires to our credit and then still couldn’t make a deal. Useless waste of time! Then called back the next morning to say they’d do the payment we asked for. By then we’d met Michael at Auburn VW and he made it so easy. AVOID THIS PLACE!!!!

This company defines "car salesmen"...in the worst way. They had excuses all day long rather than taking responsibility for their actions. They sold a car and all the extras to someone who was not mentally stable and at the time unemployed, and then wouldn't service the car saying aftermarket work had been done....3 days after the purchase had been made. No work had been done. They also had signatures on document that needed a notary, that was not signed in front of a notary. I'm honestly not sure how some people sleep at night.

My son needed a reliable car- and had no credit. I I had just helped him to get into a car not 2years prior from a pot lot... and needless to say, that car did not last long. I had limited time as I live in Vegas, and my son lives in Washington- I found a car online and we went to the Larson-Audi dealer in Fife to look at this car. I have dealt with many car dealerships thoroughout my time, so I fingured it would be a swarm of salesmen approaching us. But this did not happen. We went inside, and was greeted by Shawn. I showed him the listing on my phone, and he went to get more information.Turns out it was a newer trade in and still needed to go through the inspection checklist. I explained to Shawn what I needed (a reliable car that my son could afford and was hoping that he could start to build up his credit-but I was limited on the time in town, and needed a quick turnaround)Shawn knew what his mission was, and sent me a few options to look at. Come to find out, Shawn had just gone through the same ordeal with his son. I immediately felt a little more at ease knowing this and I felt I was going to be in good hands.Larson Automotive group, along with Josehp, Mike & Shawn all helped to make sure my son got in the car he wanted and now he is on his way to establishing credit as a young adult. I am most happy because sometimes a car salesman is looked at as just wanting to get his paycheck. I do not feel that any of these people were in it for the money. They honestly wanted to help, and that is so nice to come by these days. I would 100% recommend Larson Automotive Group for your next car purchase. They have several stores, and we visited Audi as well as Hyundai. Ask for Shawn!

Horrible experience with these people. Do not respond to phone calls , do not get back to you and worst of all don't do what they say they will do. Just sell another car and if there is any problems ignore the problems.

I didn't expect the respect l got that day..all along love been getting negative response even for a simple service and that's why was at times going to renton..Tony is such a humble guy who came to me while a was walking for the vehicle a needed to upgrade with,he ca e straight without fearing the color of my skin we connected so well..Tony is one of the best sales rep l will refer my friends to him..God enlarge your territory Tony..thanks ..Again in the office Derrick to crown it ,am coming to see you..l hope you will be able to retain the whole of my family.

Bought an MX-5 from here. The rear suspension went out 2 weeks after purchasing the car. After waiting a month for an appointment I was told they'd replace my suspension for free. Later I was told they had ordered the parts and would give me a call in 7 to 10 days to bring the car back in and fix the issue. 3 months later, I've received no updates and all my calls have been forwarded to voicemail.

We were at this location earlier today and helped by Dieauka! He helped us find exactly what we were looking for and made the process super easy! We left with an awesome car after having been without for 3 months due to an accident and struggling with our insurance! Would definitely recommend anyone go to him if you are looking for someone who is super friendly and easy to work with! ?

I had an amazing buying experience at Larson. Dustan and Chuy know customer service. This is third car I have bought from this dealership. Every time is efficient and the salespeople are honest. I highly recommend this dealership anyone looking to buy a Toyota.

We bought a new 2023 4Runner and our salesman was Tony Petrina, and we are very happy with Tony. He was very helpful making sure that we got everything with the 4Runner that we wanted. Tony called the next day to make sure that we had no complaints with the car or how he handled the deal with us. Sara Hager, help with the financing of the 4Runner. Sara, was very helpful with what would work best for us. Both Tony and Sara were very professional and easy to work with. We will be going back in the future when we need another vehicle. Edit: The manager took great care in reversing the poor experience I had. Take that for what’s it worth. The incident should not have occurred to begin with, but I’m happy with the concessions made.—————————Classic bait and switch! They lied and told me theft detect and brake safety light were included features with the price... two items I didn't ask for, have no interest in... AND THEY CHARGED ME WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE! Not only that... they sold them to me twice!!! Yes, twice. Check box 2 of your sales agreement, you will find extras here that were not discussed.... they are also included in the silver package when they upsell you again. Shame on you Larson and Toyota! Do better!!!

Avoid. Less than 4 year old vehicle died less than 6 months after purchase. I acquired an extended warranty at time of purchase, but that does you no good if your vehicle is constantly 'in the queue' to be looked at. Weeks without a vehicle and all the loaners are currently 'not available either'. What a joke of an organization.
