“I have worked with Hedden's Pharmacy for the past 2 years on a personal and professional level. I love how invested the owner and staff are in providing great quality service to the community. I love to use Hedden's for my own family's needs and my patients'. They help me troubleshoot insurance issues and understand ways to help get patients their medications where other pharmacies do not take that time and put in that extra effort. Wonderful family pharmacy and staff! Thank you.”

“Large selection of many items. Lots of liquor and wine as well as things you would find in a drug store. Also Heddens is our local vehicle licensing agency. Helpful staff.”

“FM is becoming my go-to grocery store in Olympia/Tumwater. Great produce, variety in specialty items, organic products. The deli and prepared food case does not rise to the quality of Hagen's. I miss Central Market in Dallas at Lovers Ln and Greenville Ave and Whole Foods Market in Dallas and Austin. I've not found equivalent shopping in the PNW.”

“They define customer service! They are happy to help, and think out of the box to get you what you need. They are fast! So pleased we moved our prescriptions from CVS!”

“Best pharmacy I’ve ever been to.Open late, though not open on Sundays.Plenty of efficient, friendly, knowledgeable staff. Even when they have a line, it never takes long. They answer their phone, follow through on customer requests promptly, and have stellar standards of professionalism. No drive thru, but even better- with most meds you can get free delivery through instacart (no instacart membership required) with a $35+ Costco order. This service sometimes makes me wish I had a prescription ready! Lol”

“My favorite of the standard grocery stores in the Lacey/Olympia area by far so far. Prices are reasonable, good sales, it's clean and the staff are friendly. I've gone to Fred Myer, Safeway, Thriftway, Grocery Outlet and Winco and QFC really just beat them all - Fred Meyer is just too large/overwhelming, and the quality at the others just isn't as high. Thriftway has some good stuff but is not a one stop shop. Overall, further away than my other stops but when I have the time and want a nice unstressful shopping trip, this is worth the extra 10 minutes in driving.”

“I've had a pleasant experience with each visit so far. There's hardly ever a line and even when there is the wait time is very minimal. The staff have all been professional and polite.”

“The little chinese boy is so handsome. Pharmacist? I'm not sure, but the staff here should get signed with some kind of modelling agency. I go here for this fact alone. There's only one I don't find very attractive, but I'm not saying any names. Great service.”

“Pharmacy staff has always been very helpful and friendly! I transferred over from the Westside Rite-Aid after 20 years because the management had become horrible. Walmart stepped in and made transferring all my prescriptions simple and easy. It never takes more than 24 hours to fill them and I can do refills on line. Wonderful staff!”

“This is only for the gas station part of Safeway. The gas at this particular gas station is almost always the cheapest gas within a 3 mile radius. Plus you can get gas at the pump 24 hours even when they are closed.”

“This is the nicest supermarket in the Tumwater area. They sometimes have off season fruit like raspberries and strawberries in the winter and they had fresh ginger, items I couldn't find at Safeway and Walmart. They have a nice cheese department, too. In fact they have everything, which also would explain why their prices are slightly higher, but you pay for the convenience.”

“I go here all the time so I am a regular. The pharmacist goes above and beyond to try and fill all of Centralia's prescriptions each day and that's something not every pharmacy does. Sometimes they are backed up but that's not their fault, they are a business that has limits like anywhere else. If your unhappy with the wait then try a different time or go somewhere else but just because there is a wait doesn't mean they are a bad pharmacy, it actually means they are a good pharmacy because everyone goes there.”

“I've been going to this pharmacy for a long time. They take really good care of me and friendly people that work there. If I ever have any questions regarding any medications there quick to answer any questions that I may have”

“Since they're practically the only game in town these days for photo prints they're usually pretty busy especially around the holidays. Plan accordingly! But the quality is good and the service was also pretty good.”

“I use this Rite Aid because it is near my home and everybody here is pretty friendly, including the Pharmacy staff. They usually have the items I need in a pinch, such as various medical supplies. My only concern is with the Amazon drop off inside Rite Aid. I had a package there that was cut open, items removed, and then covered with black tape. I post this mainly as a caution to anyone else who may use this as an Amazon drop off location. Amazon will refund you however, it's a hassle and they probably keep track of how many times you request refunds. Pic of the tampered box included. The store and staff are a solid 5 stars, just be cautious and look at your packages carefully if you use this drop box.”

“Well stocked. Compared to other Walgreens in the area, it's hands above better. Cleaner. Hard working folks there. Appreciate them working during the second wave of unnecessary sickness & death that is griping our country.”

“I recently moved to the area and had to transfer my prescriptions from out of state. The first lady I encountered was extremely helpful even though the line was long. I don't like waiting in lines but, who does? It's a part of life. Anyway, she said I could come back in a few hours or the next day. I chose the latter. The line was even longer but it seemed to be moving along. When it was my turn it was the same lady that helped me with the transfer. The phone was ringing off the hook but I suspect they, like many businesses, are short staffed. I went in for refills and picked up what I asked for. 5 stars.”

“I’m not sure why all the negative reviews, as my experience was wonderful. Every time I called their phone, the person who answered was exceptionally friendly and helpful. Once they received my prescription, they filled it and had it ready promptly. The drive through took a little longer than expected to pickup my medication but they were friendly as well. One lady on the phone even took the initiative to add in my prescription coupon on the phone which was so nice and helpful, as usually other pharmacies act impatient with me when I use a coupon. The cashier inside was also super friendly.”

“Placed an online order it was ready less than 20mins later and they were quick coming out to my car with everything. Saved me from having to take kids out of the car at 8pm due to needing medicine and milk. The employee that came out to the car was very friendly. Great service today!”
