“The pharmacists at Walmart on Yelm highway are the nicest pharmacists I have ever worked with. I called twice to see if a prescription was in and they were patient, never rushed or tried to hurry up the call, and took extra time to make sure they had the correct info to verify my order wasn’t in yet. Second time I called it was a different person and still kind, patient and respectful and let me know how long a wait and where they were in the process. I will be using only this pharmacy from now on. = )

“The people here are really kind and helpful. This is probably one of the best Costcos I have been to. I was feeling lightheaded and dizzy while standing by some of the food right before you walk toward the register and an employee saw me and asked me if I was okay. He had someone get me a chair and water which was very kind and unexpected. They have a great team of people at this location.”

I’ve been there quite a few times since my daughter had her baby is the best grocery store in that area.”

“This is the nicest supermarket in the Tumwater area. They sometimes have off season fruit like raspberries and strawberries in the winter and they had fresh ginger, items I couldn't find at Safeway and Walmart. They have a nice cheese department, too. In fact they have everything, which also would explain why their prices are slightly higher, but you pay for the convenience.”
“I wish I had gotten her name, but I ordered a last-minute birthday cake for my son from the bakery and this was the most thorough and positive interaction I had ever had in customer service. The worker at the bakery was incredible. If you were reading this, you picked out a toy story cake for me and I just want you to know how kind and thoughtful you were. The cake turned out amazing, he loved it. Not very many people would have gone the extra mile like you did and we really appreciated it”

“A medication for my son was accidentally sent here by urgent care. This pharmacy is quite far from my home and we were not going to make it before they closed. I tried to get ahold of the urgent care to send the prescription to the right place but was unable to get through to a real person. Because of this, I called 10 minutes before this pharmacy closed to ask if they could transfer it to a pharmacy closer to my home that was open late. The medication was already filled by this pharmacy, but the pharmacist went out of his way to restock the medication, fax the prescription over to the new pharmacy, and personally call the other pharmacy to ensure they got it. He stayed late to make all this happen and even called me back to make sure it went through so that my son would get the medication he needed right away. Amazing customer service! He was not obligated to stay late at work on a Saturday to make sure my son got his medication, but he chose to. He truly went above and beyond!
(I also really appreciated how fast you get to speak to a real person when you call here)”

I’ve used them several times, especially around the holidays, and they are very nice and helpful even with the long lines of impatient people. One staff member even helped me cancel my order when I accidentally ordered over 100 copies of a photo when I meant to order just a few! They all rock and I appreciate their help in capturing and preserving life’s greatest memories.”
