I rarely, if ever, encounter any issues in refilling my prescriptions, including schedule 1 drugs, and they are willing to dig deep to answer all your medication questions. “This is a magnificently well stocked grocery store. We stopped in for something to take to our hotel room and found a deli that was very well stocked. I ordered a custom sandwich with ham, salami, cheese, mayodijon spread and spinach on Rye Bread. It was superb. Did I mention that we were treated with the greatest of respect by the deli operators. They were so very helpful.”

“My regular pharmacy I guess is closing and today is their last day , I didn’t know and my doctors weren’t aware of this and they sent the rx to that pharmacy. .. I tried a couple other places but they don’t take my insurance. I came here to Safeway and the lady at the counter was so nice and understanding and helpful . Now I will have a new pharmacy that is close to me . I’m really happy with my interaction with her. I was really stressed and almost wanted to cry when I went up there but afterwards I feel so much better , simple , good customer service and kindness can make a huge difference to people and their day .”

“I've been going to walgreens for years before switching to CVS and HOLY HECK! Trying to refill anything at walgreens was an absolute nightmare for no fewer than 3 different new reasons every single time and could almost never be done same day, definitely never without spending any less than 3.5 on the phone.
At this CVS I get almost immediate call backs. The text notifications and web info for my Rx is informative and on point, I don't think I've waited even a full 5 minutes for a callback about questions ever, or 5 minutes in line in person! This is a night and day difference from the astonishing lack of care or concern I got from walgreens ever! This is INCREDIBLE!
I really hope they're taking care of everyone working at the West Olympia Target CVS- because everyone there is really going above and beyond!
My biggest THANK YOU!!! to everyone behind the counter- I can't tell you how much relief your extra effort has given me and I hope you all know you're so, SO appreciated!”
“I wanted to share a wonderful experience that I had at this particular Walgreens during a difficult time in my life. My mother had just passed and I was going into the photo department to make copies of photos two of the photos were a bit blurry because of how I took them so when they were blown up they didn't look great I had come back the next day the staff was amazing friendly and kind and we did a different photo of my mom and they turned out beautifully. They were very kind and compassionate about everything and so was the cashier at the front during checkout very friendly very professional and kind. I just wanted to let them know how grateful I was for them and how much I appreciated them and that I will be coming back to the store more often. Thank you to all the wonderful staff at Walgreens. ?”
