Justin answered my questions about a package of mine that was mistakenly sent to this post office, and explained perfectly where it could go next and why. While I wish I had my package, he saved the day by being so forthright, knowledgeable, and courteous -- keeping me from getting annoyed and frustrated. Give him a raise.

Best experience with the postal service. They are kind and always helpful even though in my opinion they are overworked and in too small of a space for all the mail they receive. But the historical value of still being in the same place is just another perk of this post office.

Anastasia helped locate a package my husband accidentally addressed incorrectly and got the information switched over with no problem! Truly such an amazing experience with their customer service! 10/10!!

Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received when it comes to USPS. Case in point: the dept of Licensing sent my drivers license to the wrong address. So I took a chance and gave them a call so I wouldn't have the incovience of having to deal with the hassle of the licensing bureau again.

Absolutely the best customer service I've ever received when it comes to USPS. Case in point: the dept of Licensing sent my drivers license to the wrong address. So I took a chance and gave them a call so I wouldn't have the incovience of having to deal with the hassle of the licensing bureau again. They contacted me when they didn't have too and held my license for pick up! Now how many post office agents do that? This is the type of USPS office that all should hope to be!

This post master is the worst. I've lived here over 35 years and never had an issue being locked out of my box. The past 2 years I have been locked out. I return their information asked for to still be locked out. It's harvest season, I work 6 days a week 10 hour days. Yet they still lock me out and refuse to allow my husband to provide information they say they still need. It has never been like this. We have for over 15 years just dropped the paperwork back in the mail slot and never been locked out. We live in a p.o. box community. I'm pretty sure it is illegal to withhold mail from people.
