Are there any other options for home internet in the rural toledo area? My experience I've had with this company has been beyond frustrating and I don't recommend them to anyone

GREAT experience overall.
My bf had fiber installed at his parents' home and although it took a while to get an appointment, it definitely beats cellular and satellite where there is no cable service.
Price-wise, it's not a great deal compared to others in the state, but it blows everything out of the water locally. Service was excellent, was able to get a quality tech on the phone quickly and resolved our problems within minutes. It was refreshing to get a tech who is knowledgeable and easy to work with!
Overall: would highly recommend if this is your only fiber provider!!!

Haven't had the service for a month, and already, we are having major issues. I am a full-time online student, and I rely heavily on my internet service working, especially on the weekends. Our service has been cutting out for hours a day, every day since we bought this house. Each time we call, the temporary fix is to unplug and plug back in the modem. On this particular Sunday, our service cut out, restarting the router is not cutting it. Allegedly, their service technicians don't work on the weekends. Sounds like yall need to hire harder working people because working on weekends is a necessity in this industry, even if it's just on-call. This service has absolutely not been worth a damn dime spent considering the fact that I can't do my damn schoolwork for more than an hour at a time, and I have to wait an unnecessary 24 hours to get in contact with someone who may or may not know what they are doing.

Eddi, the tech who installed my wi-fi was very pleasant, courteous and professional and she explained to this old timer how to set up my network in terms I could understand. Thank you Eddi!?

Best customer service! Amazing internet service! So thankful to be able to have Toledo-Tel…Wi-fi that never fails even when multiple teens are playing online along with two streaming tv devices!!!If you have any questions they are answered right away and you don’t have to ask for a technician to look into your concerns because if needed they will open a service ticket for you because they are wanting not only you to have zero problems but they also want their service to be working correctly!

Polite when I actually get them to answer phone. Site says 0900 however I usually can't get someone on the line till 0910 or 0915. Having graveyard hours and needing to sleep sucks

Spendy... but internet is great! Although the username and password were never updated when we took over the account from the folks whos house we moved into. Gooxld thing it is family and they gave us their password and info.

They are always nice when I call them every month to pay the bill. We never have a problem with internet always good connection so I’m glad we have this internet provider in Toledo! Fast internet is important to us coz we always use the internet in everything, we don’t have cable tv anymore it’s internet tv, it’s the trend nowadays so a strong and fast connection is very important. Thanks Toledotel !

Best ISP I have ever dealt with, hands down. This ISP needs to be used as a model for the rest of rural America. Not having to deal with CenturyLink or Comcast anymore has been an absolute breath of fresh air. I would give 1000 stars out of 10 if possible.
