I am so grateful to this mechanic. My car broke down as I was passing through town and, though he was not able to address my specific issue there, he was still massively helpful in determining what I was dealing with, directed me to where I could get help, and just took a lot of stress off of me in an extremely stressful situation.

Completely useless.I called RDL looking for an A.S.E. certified mechanic in my area and informed them my vehicle was covered by an extended warranty. The office worker told me that although they had the certificate necessary for covering the work needed that they "couldn't be bothered by the paperwork" required for the job. Do not bring your business here.Unfortunately for them, I can be bothered to write this review.

They were a little booked. Had to wait a month but worth the wait. Done quickly and efficiently at a fair cost. Thank you guys. You made a seemingly hopeless situation easy. I was expecting more trouble with a broken spark plug stuck in the back of the engine but you guys saved the day!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Wish I could give this company negative stars. Don’t even know where to start. When we first set up internet and only reason we did was because of our kids doing online schooling. From the start of service our internet started going out multiple times a day. We had techs put hear more times then I can remember. Each tech was a idiot and didn’t help much. Finally they gave us a bonded line which is two lines telling us it will help our speed. Which it did not. Still had issues. Multiple phone calls do them just for my husband to be treated like grabage. Worse customer service. This company is grabage. We finally bite the ballet and have done with another provider. Paying more but already getting much better service. My husband got charged today $ 75 which we just paid two weeks ago and paid for next month which our billing cycle starts on the 13th. He fought with them about getting that money back they finally agreed. They said they took it bc it was on auto pay which we have never set up auto pay for this reason. Same thing happened back in November. My husband was told he would get that money back and to this day we have not seen it. We cancelled the service today. And they are charging a $10 fee for cancelling. They said they will refund us what he took however they said back when this happened in November they put it as credit to our account. For three months while all alone we have been paying every month. So there should never have been credit put on our account and my husband didn’t agree to credit he agreed to a refund. Not to mention if they gave us credit and we were paying the whole time then they owe us that money we were paying. We didn’t even know until today there was credit on the account. So my husband told them we wanted that money back he wouldn’t agree to it so I am taking this company to small claims. This is beyond ridiculous and this company is a disgrace. I don’t care what it costs me to take them to court I am getting that $115 he took in November that they put on our account back. Seeing all these complaints from others I am beyond done with this company and won’t allow them to keep doing this. Also I am sure they don’t want a lawsuits on their hands bc they recently have been summoned by Congress to explain why they are over charging people not mantaining lines and why there service is crap. Stay away from this company with all your might. They also told us it will take up to 90 days to get our deposit back. I will be calling myself tomorrow on my lunch break from work and speaking to them. They are lucky it was not me they dealt with today but they will be tomorrow. They won’t agree to give us the money we over paid court it is. I advise all you others who have been scammed and spite in by this “company” to take their asses to court they need to be held accountable for what they are doing to people. I had my minivan towed here emergency after I lost a water pump on my way to work. They got the parts in and got me fixed up within a week! Very nice staff and fair price for the job!
