I was able to walkin after I called. The service was excellent. My son's haircut was perfect. He had a civil air patrol meeting and his hair had to be cut a certain way. The price was perfect. Thanks Split End!

I will start off by saying that the woman who did do this was actually quite friendly and seemed as if she understood what our very specific instructions were.My daughter is 14 years old and we decided to go in to get her hair color corrected and cut. My daughter had been brightly coloring her bangs and a few inches of Fringe on the front of her hair for the last couple of years. She now wanted to match her natural hair color. Also decided to get it cut. She was very specific about wanting to leave as much length as possible in the front below her breasts. And then dramatically shorter in the back. I said it once and my daughter said it twice.What happened was she pulled all my daughter's hair back behind her and just cut!!! No measuring, no checking. What the actually F!! What should've been 4-5" removed was now over 12". It is above her breasts and that's wet and straight. It's going to be worse when left natural wavy. My daughter does not like to hurt anyone's feelings so then did not say a single word about it once she realized what she had done because she knew there was nothing that could be done to fix it. She held in her emotions and even I wasn't aware what happened until we left.She said the woman was very rough on her hair pulling it and hurting her scalp. The woman even claimed your hair is very hard to brush when it's wet.The color correcting was so sloppy. My daughter had dye on her forehead when I went to check on her so we wiped it off. It is red apparently in an attempt to correct the green. It's still very red and green as well. It was left in too long. And then a second overall application to blend wasn' t even done.Once her hair was dry I took a picture of the back to show my daughter. It was blunt and completely uneven. My 14 year old daughter had to tell her to feather it out not once but twice before it looked decent. All this having a conversation with the woman while trying to hold in her tears. Even I didn't know how upset she was. I was shocked that it was shorter than she said and thought maybe she told her to do that. NOPEWhen we got in the car she broke out into hysterics. I've never seen my daughter cry like this. She felt her identity was taken from her. She likes to hide behind her hair and we told the woman this multiple times. This was supposed to be a nice weekend for us and it had ended with her heart and mine so hurt. She will never trust anyone with her hair again, nor will I.If someone explains to you EXACTLY what they want, in detail, with drawings even... You listen to them. Don't just hack away without checking the length. Measure twice cut once!!!My daughter will live obviously but she will cry every single day for weeks when she has to look in the mirror to get ready for school. And my heart will crumble for her every time.Worst experience ever. Nice lady but that's the only good thing I can say.No I didn't say anything the day it happened because my daughter is too kind and didn't want to hurt her feelings. I did however call the next morning and leave a message because I didn't feel I could speak to someone in person without getting quite animated and upset myself.Service: Haircut

My kids don't want to get their hair cut by anyone but joy. They always are pleased with their haircut and really enjoy hanging out with joy.
