This place serves an excellent lunch! I've been going to this co-op since the early 90's and it's barely changed. It's always been awesome!Vegetarian options: They really make great vegetarian choices.

4-21-23 Lots of natural food goodies in this place. (See lots of pictures)I bought a soft cookie, then as usual for me I got hungry and ate it before I took its pic. (Please see "after" pic, sorry)Nice atmosphere, employees knowledgeable, efficient, and nice. I'm in the middle of fixing my car so going in in my coveralls, dirty work coat, and grease stained hands looking something like a street bum is a real test for their courtesy and they passed with flying colors. If they treat me that well they'll treat you like royalty. ? ?They also have take out prepared food made to order. There is a nice outdoor dining area next to the business. And if you need it there is a clean restroom for your use, notice it does have a small step stool so the kids can reach the sink.As a side note, a bit of history when I was a kid... a very long time ago, this place was an Army/Navy surplus store and where the outdoor dining is, was a semi trailer with more stock in it. I spent hours in here a few times just looking at all the goodies.

My wife is the New Manager. Her focus is on the continuation of the established traditions of serving our great community. Sabrina and her amazing team are very busy bringing in less expensive, highly nutritional food, creating new delicious menu items from the Cafe, and sourcing more locally made/grown products. Look for new and exciting changes as our "Little Store with a Big Heart", continues to grow. We Love the Tonasket Natural Foods Co-op! Come say, "Hello". We cannot wait to meet you ?Vegetarian options: I love that the produce is always organic and the sandwiches, soups and salads are always fresh and ready to go!Kid-friendliness: The Co-op love children! Many of the members and employees "grew up" here as there parents also served our community.Parking: Although parking can be tricky at peek shopping times, it's worth a trip around the block if necessary to grab a spot.Wheelchair accessibility: Being a single floor store at ground level, it is easy to maneuver a wheelchair inside to shop. The Cafe seating in the Garden Room is large enough also.Dietary restrictions: There are many grocery items on the shelves, satisfying all dietary restrictions. You can make a Special Order too, if the items you are searching for are not in stock. The Cafe Team, will happily serve individual menu requests whenever possible too.

What a wonderful surprise! Amazing store with great products. The deli menu looked great. I ordered a bowl of Tiki Masala soup and fresh made garlic Naan bread, excellent! Very friendly staff. Great place to grab lunch or get those hard to find, products. Highly recommended.

Amazing variety of healthy food, supplements and bio-ethical cleaners/detergents are available everyday at the Co-op. They have a deli that makes a variety of cold sandwiches and made a fresh in-house soup everyday. You should definitely check their cold case for salads and noodles dishes. Recently they are making different types of cheesecake cupcakes too. The deli creates Gluten-free or Vegan and/or vegetarian dishes regularly. Fresh baked cookies made from scratch. Their spring rolls and peanut sauce are awesome! They have an amazing garden room to eat in and it offers a beautiful view of their garden. If you want a clean and friendly place that offers a fresh and healthy food go to the Co-Op.
