I had the battery replaced in my MacBook and the screen replaced on my iPhone 11 Pro Max - lickety split they had the parts ordered and the repairs done.

Best service, they went above and beyond service fixing my phone. They gave me different options for my broken screen. It is definitely easier to use them than you phone's insurance claims. Definitely recommend.

Basically don't be new to computers. Don't try to figure out what you need. Don't ask questions or dude will come out, growl at you and say he's busy and doesn't have time to answer questions (even though he could do it while he's working.) Was going to make a purchase, not now, not ever. Blew off a paying customer, and a good review.
In response to their nonsensical response: at your age you can't multitask? I do it all the time when I'm working on vehicles, continuing to work while also answering questions about what I'm doing. And I certainly don't throw down what I'm doing and go out and be nasty to people. In the time it took him to be an a55 he could have simply answered my question while continuing to work.

They were able to fix my completely broke Samsung galaxy phone. They communicate excellent and keep you updated on things. And usually except walk ins for repairs/trouble shooting that don't require new parts.

I dropped my S10+ phone and broke the screen. I took it to the Verizon store in Tonasket and they sent me to 2 rebels. What a great find. They replaced the screen and the battery. Then a week later, I took my phone back in and they added a new screen protector . My phone is back to original condition at a fraction of the cost of a new phone. I can't say enough good things about this shop. I highly recommend them
