A decent company, they don’t mess around. There’s a parking lot where you can stay during the day. But I’m not completely sure, because right before the lot there’s a guard booth with a barrier gate. So I don’t know for sure if it’s possible to get in there at night. They work pretty fast, no issues. There are portable toilets outside.

I don’t always leave reviews. But this had too many bad reviews for the experience I had. Showed up an hour early for my 2pm appointment pre cooled -10. Got a door right away and loaded quickly. Security was not rude they were cool. Loader came out to verify chocked wheel he was also very polite asked how I was doing today.

The people here are nice, but they are extremely unorganized. I came in for a drop and hook. My appointment time was set for 9 am, and I arrived 15 minutes prior. The security guard at post 1 did not give me any instructions whatsoever, so I ended up dropping the trailer on the wrong side. Also, he did not tell me where to go from there. It was my first time at this location. So after clarifying what to do after, I went to the second guard shack. Only one person was working while the other two workers were just in there lazily chatting away. As a result, they were distracting the guy helping me. He took forever just to tell me that they didn't have a trailer ready for me to pick up and so I would need to wait to the side in their dirt lot. 4 hours later, a yard dog pulled up to my truck and said my trailer was ready. I was laughing because that was the same empty trailer I brought to the warehouse. So rather than a drop and hook, it was a live load. Now that I am hooked, they said it would take 15 minutes for paperwork to be ready and it's been half an hour already. Good thing I bought my lunch in advance. They do not respect your time here. 👎🏻

Loaded here bulk meal once and tried a second time. Very low rate on load and waited 4 hours second time for product before giving up. First time load came out VERY hard because it is loaded hot. Not a good place to load a hopper. Money isn't there for the headache.

Had me at the door and loaded in under an hour, unlike all the bad reviews that keep in mind people who have good experience tend to not leave reviews. Only issue was they mixed up my load with another one which both were going to the same place so wasn't even a big deal actually worked out better seems my load had a second stop. Otherwise i would've left me stars

Sat here for 4 hrs to get loaded. Then as I am trying to leave this older female guard was being extremely rude and refusing to give me my paperwork. The guy she was working with was fine. He explained that eventhough I had sat here for 4 hours they still hadn't processed my paperwork and it would be another 15 minutes.Worst place by far. Between the construction, smell of rotting meat in trailers next to me and how they kept loading unhooked trailers before loading mine. Super frustrating and I will do my best to never come here again. Hostlers were cool, and the guys on the dock were cool as well. But everyone else I had to deal with were garbage.

This place is very very unprofessional.Get here on time.To not only wait over 6 hrs to be loaded.And I still haven’t been loaded I only put the empty trailer I brought on a door.Only to be called HOURS later and asked to put “another” empty on a different door for the load I pick up!Makes zero sense.When load should be put on original trailer I brought in.And where is the yard dog that works here???This Place is not that big!And staff working in Shipper have bad attitudes.Woman called me and Said if you don’t grab another empty you will wait longer!!!Uhhhh ok.Let me remind you…. That your company said…..This is supposed to be a pre-loaded trailer for pick up at 12pm.And you call me 6 hrs later to put another empty on a door for you.Yeah ok.No value for drivers time.Which yard dogs don’t run on!Very unfortunate to see places like this run the way they do.

I got to this site .25 to 11am. My load was supposed to be ready at 1210 noon. The time now is 1630 and I haven’t gotten a word or call about my 1210 load. Well at least I no the reviews are exact.
