I went today and buy a glue to stick the rearview mirror and they give me a cheap glue that costed like 9 dollars and I told them to give me the best one and the one that actually works but they didn’t so I go home and Tried the glue it did not work!! I need my refund!!

I wanted to take a moment to commend two of your employees, Oscar and Freddy, for their exceptional assistance today. Our car battery died, and they kindly helped us get it started using jumper cables. Their willingness to help and made a stressful situation much easier for us.

Always feel rushed in this auto parts, they make me feel like they just want me to buy and leave. It doesn't seem like any know much about vehicles so they don't answer my questions. Thankfully there's an O'Reilly's close by.

I have to give a star but these terrible employees don't deserve it, they are not interested in selling, they are only on the phone and they didn't help me so I left the place upset because no employee helped me ? I don't plan to return to that terrible place
