“We accidentally ended up staying at this place with my boyfriend—we hadn’t planned it at all. As soon as we arrived, we had trouble figuring out the check-in, so we called the reception. The owners, Pam and Doug, a lovely couple, came right over to help us, even though we just wanted to understand how things worked. They were incredibly welcoming and kind. They showed us around the units, and we stayed in Columbia Gorge, which was on the right side with a front view on the lake, the closest to the bbq area. Everything was so well-organized. Right next to the unit, there’s a view of a pond where a large bass swims, and you can fish for it—they even have ducks, plus all the gear you need. There are kayaks and boats, too, so you can paddle around. In the middle of the pond, there’s a small island with turtles basking, day and night. We fished, we barbecued, and we woke up to such a beautiful view. The place is super clean and carefully arranged. There’s a cooler with water outside, which is a big plus since usually rooms don’t have that. Bikes are available, too. Honestly, everything was done with so much care and heart. I can’t recommend it enough!”

“Ive been meaning to write this review for a while now. I was placed at this place for a job and really enjoyed my stay there. convenient location, clean place and friendly staff.

I especially want to thank Casey the night staff member as my job sometimes requires me to check in quite late. He is always cordial efficient and friendly regardless of the time at night. I can tell he is a reliable worker and best western plus in zilla wa is fortunate to have had him as a consistent nighttime staff member for quite some time now. thank you Casey!
