It was definitely my partner’s fault for NOT asking to arrange a payment plan before she left the building. But I’m very upset that the tax specialist didn’t bother to ask my partner if she wanted to arrange an automatic withdrawal to pay IRS back. Instead tax specialist assumed my partner would want to go to the bank and get a cashiers check go to the post office and get a stamp and send off our payment through mail. Still having to call IRS just to make sure that they received our cashiers check and who knows if it was done correctly. Probably not rocket science but we pay you guys to do the work. It was very inconvenient to pay $89 to still have to do some work at the end
