They were friendly and quickly worked us in to repair our unexpected flat on our road trip. There was no upselling or tricky dealing; just the honest service one can expect from Les Schwab. The waiting area was comfortable and accommodating.

I want to recognize Jesus!! I was driving from Boise to Seattle when my dashboard showed a problem with the pressure in my tires. I've had issues before and one tire in particular had just been repaired for a slow leak.
I was a little stressed as I didn't feel safe on a long drive with any potential tire issues. Jesus was so patient and kind, walked through everything with me and even taught me how to use my own tire gauge!
I was a bit frantic and obviously didn't know what to do. Jesus was professional, personable, patient and knowledgeable. Thank you SO MUCH! You came to my rescue and I made it to Seattle and back home to Boise without any other tire pressure issues!

I know they are busy here but they are terrible at communicating while you wait. Almost two hours to get a tire rotation so I finally left. If they would communicate so you're aware of the timeframe of getting your vehicle done, at least you could make an informed choice to wait or not to wait.

Great experience - Passing through town on the way to the Amphitheatre, pulled in, late afternoon, with a CV axel on the verge of exploding. Within 2 minutes of walking in the door Kyle was out of his seat and taking a look, another 5 minutes and the car was on the lift. He did a great job genuinely looking into the problem and what the cause could have been. He knew I was in a bind and couldn't really afford to just leave the car for a day with all of my stuff, so he drove 40 minutes out of town to source replacement axels and get them installed before they closed - even went as far as to temp the axel after a short drive to ensure the problem was resolved before sending me on my way. Love it when you stumble into a 10/10 customer service experience.

My father took in his Alero for low tire pressure. The car has aftermarket tire pressure monitor sensors (TPMS) on every valve stem, they take the place of the valve cap. When he came home I find that the car has a broken hub cap, the monitor screen inside the car displays no signal for all 4 sensors. When I go look at the valve stems all four TPMS are missing. I go to this store to figure out what happened. It turns out that the “Tire Techs,” shift supervisor and store manager all thought the oversized “valve caps” with “LF”, “RF”, “RR” and “LR” were just “fancy” valve caps and not sensors (even then, why not return my fancy “valve caps”). They had discarded them with the old valve stems and moved on with the repair. It wasn’t until I showed up and asked for the sensors back that they were returned to me. Unbelievable… the manager also never got back to me to resolve the issue with the broken hub cap. This place is a joke, definitely not as professional as other small tire shops or tire repair chain stores. This Les Schwab location has definitely devolved over the 10+ years as observed from my 30+ years in Toppenish.

Lousy customer service, from the moment I stepped in. Take your business elsewhere and save the hassle. If I could give zero stars I would

Went in for unrelated maintenance and they told me the car needed all new brake pads, rotors, and calipers. The quote was for $600. I was suspicious about this and got it checked at a different car mechanic. As I suspected, the brakes were all fine - Les Schwab straight up lied and was trying to hustle me. Avoid this place.
