I’d give 0 stars if I could. The receptionist is absolutely rude. I called stating I had an appointment at 5pm and was trying to ask a question about my SS card. I didn’t even get my actual question out when the receptionist very rudely replied “we close at 5pm.” I tried to explain that we were told to come in at 5pm. She asked who told me that, when I didn’t know who it was she hung up on me. I tried to call back2x, the phone was answered and hung up immediately. Tried to call back once more and without saying anything out me on hold. Absolutely disrespectful. Clearly by the reviews they need new receptionists. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE.

I am very pleased with the services I have received from Linda’s Tax Services. Even though I no longer reside in WA State, I still use Darena to prepare my State and Federal Taxes. I am thankful for her dedication and hard work.

I love the service we get at Linda's Tax Service. They always take the stress off of us and get the job done. They know their stuff and get the most return for us as possible. Even if we owe they guide us in the right direction for next year to get us a better outcome. They are professional and friendly. They treat us as a person and not just a number. I've been using Linda's Tax for years now. They always make everything super easy amidst the burden of tax season. From scheduling to consultation, it takes all the pressure off. They also keep historical record of your previous returns so no shuffling through papers to find everything!
