Always very helpful and friendly. Usually long lines later in the day and, just like every pharmacy, understaffed. They work as hard as they can to get people helped fast though.

u: How professional is that when ur employees are provoking and intimidating others? Customers or not that is uncalled for. Ur undercover security worker has called on my daughter. Told her to meet her back there at 3 pm and has repeatedly told her to watch her man. Im not sure who the worker is. My daughter wouldnt tell me. Shes not even the one who told me this, I heard it from another source. But i was told its a young hispanic lady that works with the undercover security, the one who kicks everyone out. If there's a problem with my daughter's it should be taken care of legally and professionally. I am not proud of some decisions i have made nor some of the decisions my daughter's have. But I also believe that there's no need for an employee to be acting so childish and unprofessional.

I waited 2 Days to have my prescription refilled. It shouldn't take that long. Step your game up safeway pharmacy.

In-person, these guys are very helpful but over the phone not well organized. Called three times, 2.5 weeks in advance, to confirm having my prescription mailed by post to me in a neighboring town 40 miles away. Nobody mailed it on the day I ran out and now I'm without my medication for the rest of the week. Never again sending a prescription here.

Safeway in general have great products especially the vegetables and fruit. The staff are friendly.

I’ve been coming to Safeway as far as I can remember. But I was paying at 4:47 pm with the cashier Casandra. She was very rude. She was just dropping all my items in a bag. She is not meant for customer service. I’m not sure if she was having a bad day but she shouldn’t be taking out on the paying customers.

Never going back to Toppenish Safeway, the self-check out stand associates are beyond ignorant. You never tell a customer, make sure you scan everything like what the hell, are you profiling me out of no where. Randomly approaching customers makes the person uncomfortable and uneasy. Gave the sales associate a vicious expression and left unhappy!

Worse place ever I went to pick up my child's medicine that was sent in at 8 in the morning after work at 6pm only to be told it hadn't been filled because they had more urgent medications to fill. The guy that was there was so unprofessional I asked if they could just call when it was filled because I had already waited in line for 20mins with a smirk on his face he said "even if we call you'll still have to wait in that line"
