The receptionist was very unprofessional and rude. She originally said she would call when the windshield arrived so my mother could bring in her vehicle for installation. However, we never received a call. When I followed up the next day, I was told the windshield had already arrived. I asked why no one contacted my mother as promised, and the receptionist said that no one had told her she needed to call — even though she clearly stated she would. This shows a serious lack of professionalism, communication, and accountability. It would be beneficial for management to provide her with proper customer service training, as honesty and follow-through are essential in her role.

Was recommend by a friend, will not spend my money here again. Made an appointment to get a windshield replaced at thier location. The warehouse ended up breaking the new windshield. Owner made arrangements to have them come out to me on a Saturday which was really appreciated. They showed up and installed the new windshield and it dident look right. I have 2 others of the same truck and tried to show them what its supposed to look like. Installers kinda shrugged and then asked if I could throw away the old glass. I declined and asked them to take the glass. Installers said not a problem loaded it up and drove away. My neighbor found my old windshield dumped in the trees partway down our driveway. I know its my old glass because the oil change sticker was still on it. They made the decision to stop, unload it and assumed no one would see a windshield 5 feet from the road. Owner offered to come pick it up or give a few dollars off another install. I ended up disposing of the glass myself.

!!!!! Be warned!
This is the Second appointment we scheduled with these guys that they have just not came and just left us with no communication. Left us in the dust.
If you want good business do not come here!
I am extremely disappointed and will let others in my area know how badly these guys operate this business and how they treat the customers.

I am very unsatisfied with the customer service. I called making an appointment, we came up with a price that included gas and they were suppose to come on Friday. Friday comes, I take the day off so they can come fix my windshield, I call around 12pm and the women who answered the phone said she would have the guy call me when he was on his way back as he was busy working on another job… 5pm rolls around and still no call so I call again and she said they need to reschedule to Monday. Monday comes and I did not receive a call and they did not come. Now it’s Tuesday and I have called over 5 times and have not gotten answer.

Very affordable. Fast and efficient. Great work done! 👏 I am probably the worst critic I know and I can't say a bad word. I've seen their trucks around the valley for years and have spoken to several past customers who have always said they would go back again and again. I too will recommend and be a return customer. Had a windshield installed on my truck I would say sloppy messy glue that was used was all over my freshly painted truck. Not to mention screws were drilled on different spots and molding around my window was coming off will not be using them again.
