This winery stood out to us among the rest because of their wonderful wines. I especially liked their sauvignon blanc that reminded me of the old world Loire Valley wines in France. Also, their customer service was exceptional. Thank you from our group of (photo) nerds ? lol

Generous pours and friendly service. They welcome picnicking at their tables in the back yard of their tasting room. We visited last year and today and enjoyed our experience both times.

After living in Walla Walla for over a year, I'm embarrassed to say I have not enjoyed everything the valley has to offer. The first most embarrassing is never going to Woodward Canyon. Short story: it did not disappoint. My favorite was the GSM (SMG?) pictured. So flavorful. The tasting had 5 reds - whites on the way in may - with 2 bonus pours. I will be bringing my visiting friends here in the summer. Buy a bottle of Chardonnay, a bottle of Syrah (or their stellar cab franc) and enjoy a picnic on the lawn. It's a bit of a hike out of town for Main Street Walla Walla, but it is worth the drive. As a heads up, the seating inside in the tasting room is a tad unconventional - a table, a few chairs, and a bar area - but it makes it more intimate.

I can't remember the last time I've been to a winery and truly loved every single glass in a tasting. Chard wasn't the oaky napa type, everything was just amazing.Walked out with a case, and now a few weeks later, really regretting not getting two or three.Must stop on your way out of town!

We had a great tasting yesterday, The servers were both knowledgeable and fun to talk to. My wife and I really appreciated the attention and great service (unfortunately we didn't get their names). All wines were excellent especially the reds. Highly recommend

My wife and I just spent two amazing hours with the team at Woodward Canyon. Scott and Terry did an awesome job of explaining and educating us on why the wines were what they were. Opened up some items for us not on the tasting list. Very generous and friendly, plus we enjoyed our chatting with our neighbors from Edmonton. We left feeling well taken care of and special. It made our anniversary weekend. Thanks again! We will be back.

Lovely setting with good service, but not my favorite wines from Walla Walla. We bought the Sauvignon blanc and Mourvèdre which were good.
