Took my watch in for a new battery. When I picked it up the hand on one of the small inner dials had fallen off and was loose in the face of the watch. They warned me of it when I picked it up. I know it was not that way when I brought it in. I told them so and asked if they would take care of it. Their only offer was for me to leave the watch for about a week and it would run about $80. I feel like they damaged the watch and then refused to fix it. I do not trust them and will take my watch elsewhere for repair.

I asked the to fix the clasp on two bracelets they took stones out of both bracelets making them completely uneven along with substantially shorter and didn’t give me back the stones they took out .!!! They will ruin your jewelry stay away if you value your valuables.
