Best bowling alley i've ever been to. Walked to the front desk and got greeted with positive attitude! Shoutout to Elizabeth for making that experience welcoming. Got sat down at a lane fast and immediately was approached by a server named Kole, he gave us the best deal and got our drinks out fast, we also ordered food and it came out in less than 10 minutes, speaking about food... it was absolutely amazing, savory and fresh, would hands down recommend this bowling alley to anyone trying to have a great time and experience with family and friends!! thank you bowlero!!!

I had a nice time here, but it was mostly in spite of this place instead of because of it.The interface for entering your names, starting games, etc., is the most horrendous part. It is very clunky and outdated - it is a keyboard and is a bit confusing to operate. It oddly asks your gender when entering your name to the game, which we all ignored. Halfway through the game, it stopped working, and the worker told us it just does that sometimes. They gave us extra time to play to make up for it, but it was still frustrating. They have a separate interface for ordering food (weird), which didn't work until a worker fixed it. It is a typical touchscreen. They also do not serve pitchers of drinks because of health reasons (COVID), they explained to us, but served pitchers to another lane, as it came included in a party pack.Food is good but very overpriced. Bowling itself is overpriced, especially for its quality. The service was great. Also, the old name of this bowling alley was much better. This one just sounds like a joke.

Would be great if they monitored the clientele a bit better. Had a drugged out tough guy with neck tattoos trying to start a fight.

Walking into Bowlero, it's like stepping into a world where every worry just fades away. The place is alive, buzzing with energy, and right there with me is my son, his face lit up brighter than the neon lights overhead. The staff are angels in disguise, making sure we're having the time of our lives. Watching my boy throw strike after strike, I can't help but think that this--right here, right now--is what pure happiness feels like. We hit the arcade, and he's a champ, racking up scores like a pro. We share a pizza, and it's the best we've ever had, not just because it's delicious, but because of the smiles we share between bites. This isn't just bowling; it's a slice of joy, a break from the tough stuff, and a reminder of how amazing life can be. Bowlero didn't just give us a good time; it gave us memories that'll outshine any darkness, memories I'll treasure forever.

Often when I go to Bowlero, I get well taken care of by staff, the drinks here always hit when having a great time so kudos to the bar for making them so well! Bowling isn't always my strongest suit however they have games, pool, and the atmosphere makes it easier on me to enjoy time there despite my lack of skills lol. My family and I will always share fond memories with this place, and will continue to go for years to come.

Greg went above and beyond to make sure my son and I had a great experience. From the initial check in, during our bowling and food ordering to check out time. It was the best service performance that I can remember having at any business for years. Thank you Greg, you helped so much during our last visit. We will be coming back there for sure. Added bonus, I bowled pretty well!

My family and I really enjoyed this experience of going. I really liked how the music and the videos playing on the large screens were family friendly and I didn't have to feel uncomfortable with my children seeing what was up there. If I can trust that this is always the case I will change to always coming here instead of the place we typically go. My only complaint is that the music was so loud that my friends and I had to raise our voices really loud in order to have a conversation, almost like we were at a concert. And I would prefer not to be losing my voice. So just simple of turning down the volume so we could just talk instead of raising our voice would make this more pleasant experience.

We took the girls for a round of bowling, the reservation guy gave a estimate of 30 minutes for us to get the lane. 1 hr 10 minutes into the wait, they still did not have a lane ready. It is grossly mismanaged and they do not have a system to provide estimates for waiting times. Food is pedestrian at best and the arcade has some basic games. MAYBE it was the day/night but not a family friendly place. Avoid if you want to have a fun family time.

First the wait to bowl is really long. You'll likely spend more time waiting to bowl than actually bowling. I say this because they don't charge you per lane plus shoes. They charge you per PERSON plus the shoe rental. So it ends up being pretty pricey to bowl. They also seem to falsely advertise prices - on their screen it said $11.99 for a single game but ended up being closer to $15 before taxes. The nice thing is they have some arcade games and billiards while you wait to bowl plus food. The food is pretty good. I had the hot chicken sandwich which in my opinion didn't have nearly enough Nashville hot sauce but was still tasty. The fries are excellent. My friend had their burger with their special sauce and that was really good. Their monster skillet cookie with ice cream was amazing. The food service staff are very attentive but the front desk staff were pretty lame. They had poor customer service skills and tended to ignore you standing there for long periods of time. If you're going on a weekend go early so you don't wait as long plus the parking is limited unless you wanna walk. Honestly I think there are better places to bowl and way cheaper places too. Still giving it three stars because we had such a good experience with their restaurant. Overall mid and overpriced for bowling though.

The concept is cool, but it feels a little gimmickey. Maybe I just prefer an old school style bowling alley. This feels like an arcade with bowling. Make a reservation for your lane, and expect lots of big groups in the arcade area. The staff is very friendly and tries their best to keep up. Food is good, but a bit overpriced. The atmosphere is clean and hip.
