Return customer because my first experience was pretty decent several years ago. This time I was told repeatedly to smile by a manager. First of all, this is a business transaction. You don't know me and I am not there to do a song and dance to make you feel comfortable. I will smile when I want to and I doubt he tells his male customers to smile. I got my car but don't know that I'll be back a 3rd time.

I just acquired my second vehicle from Acura of Seattle. I didn't think they could beat my first visit, but I was overwhelmed with this experience. Preston Clark made sure everything was in place when I arrived...even choosing a vehicle for me. Financing was efficient and quick. I 100% recommend visiting this dealership.

My lease was coming up and I needed to start exploring options. David provided the best experience for me. He was patient and went above and beyond to make sure I was fully educated on all my options. After test driving the 2023 TLX I decided to go with it. I’m super happy with my new car. Freddy, the finance manager, is also great and I enjoyed our conversation. I would definitely recommend David to assist others in their car journey. 10/10!

I leased a new Acura Integra about 2 months ago. Before calling Acura of Seattle, I went to many dealerships: Subaru, Mazda, Honda etc. Typically every manufacturer will have incentives on their website. However all the dealerships were BS'ing me that the Manufacture incentives don't apply to them and they can set their own prices, I would insist them to look at the offer on the manufacturer website and none would even do so ie. what's the point in having Manufacturer incentives to begin with. In fact, these dealers were charging a ridiculous amount over Dealer incentives. Finally I contacted Acura of Seattle on Baker Blvd. Site unseen I called and the sales manager and he pulled up the Manufacturer website and we started to work thru the numbers. He was very up-front to honor the Acura incentive and worked with me all the variety of Integra options. I told him I will Uber to his dealer and Drive off with an Integra ! As soon as I arrived (30 min later) I was greeted by my Sale associate Leslie with a big smile. She was super patient with me as there were many integra choices and I looked at many color choices, interior and out. Well, the lease was painless and I drove off with an incredible Car !!! 2 months into it, this is probably one of the best Cars I've ever driven.

Express car service with a courteous staff and excellent shuttle service. Roble, the friendly shuttle driver, went above and beyond with great customer service. The only downside was the lack of detailed explanations about the repairs done on my Acura. Overall, I received service and were somewhat satisfied.

I just got my first Acura here and I highly recommend coming here ! Everyone here is very friendly and welcoming ! Preston was very accommodating, nice and answered all my questions and made the whole process smooth and easy!Erwin in finance was also very nice and explained everything and made everything easy too!Come check them out !

Roble Ibrahim of Acura Seattle provided me with great customer service during my visit last week. As soon as I walked in the door to the Service & Parts department, he immediately asked how he could help. H personally walked me over to the parts counter and handed me off to the associate at the counter. Outstanding!

A great dealership. Everyone except Moe was professional and helpful. Especially the salesperson I talked to -Yung Yoon. He was the nicest, most awesome salesman who helped me through my first dealership experience ever. Unfortunately, I didn't go through with my purchase only because of the Moe.

This was my first time financing a car and it was a positive experience from the time i walked through the doors and the time i go the keys! Preston my salesman and Danny the General Manager were able to make sure i got my Mazda cx5 that i came in for and were able accommodate getting second keys made with Service consultant Jai who was very attentive and took care of me from there!

First, I want to start off by saying I love the sales people at Acura Seattle ,I've bought a few cars from there and David always gets me right. My complaint has nothing to do with the sales people or sales manager. My complaint is with the service department.I took my car in on a Sunday evening and dropped it off for Monday maintenance appointment, after not receiving a call and it was now 12:30 PM when my appointment was at 8 AM for an oil change I tried calling them a few times and then they finally called me back. To make a long story short, the service guys said that somebody was in my car that morning and he asked them if they needed service and the lady said no but she needed her keys back, he gave her my keys without asking for ID this happen at 7:30 in the morning I did not know about this until 4 PM.When they called me back to let me know that the police was called. I still don't understand how you can. Just give somebody the the keys without asking for any type of ID police found my car the next day, but I could not get it back because there was opioids and fentanyl all in my carThe service manager is very very rude

Brought my ‘09 RDX in for an oil change/ tire rotation and asked them to check out my brake system which had felt spongy and inconsistent since I purchased the vehicle (used) almost a year ago. Jailine looked over the service history and had seen that my vehicle had a complete brake service done during the initial Used Car Inspection. The technician checked over everything and found no mechanical issues. They did bleed the brake fluid and rechecked everything. The difference was substantial (like night and day)! They did this a a courtesy and only billed me for the Oil change and rotation!Their customer service and attention to detail is TOP NOTCH!! Got the vehicle back in record time with a car wash to boot. This was on a Friday morning with no appointment by the way. Thanks for taking care of me today and always.

I've always bring my car into acura for oil change since 2014. But my last oil change turn out to be a terrible experience. After the oil change, took my car home and a month later noticed a puddle of oil in my garage and drive way. I tried to clean it up with soap and scrub it out but no matter how hard I tried, there is a big stain on the floor. I looked underneath the car and noticed sign of oil dripping slowly and were all over the axle area. I took the car in the mechanic shop near my house and a few hours later the mechanic called me and asked where did I have my oil change done. I told him it was always Acura. He said they did a very poor job, they forgot to tighten the oil filter, it was loose and can be turn left or right by 2 fingers. He also said that luckily this was discovered sooner rather than later because I will have an overheat engine scenario and will have to replace the whole engine. I ended up paying the mechanic for the inspection time and new oil filter charge. I called Acura up and wanted to talk to a manager and let them know about the issue, but no manager has return my call and said they are busy or in a meeting. "How long does your meeting last? "all day". Acura, you have a terrible terrible customer service.P.S. So Acura did told me to call back and I did call back early in the morning but Manager were never to answered my call. I did left a voice mail too, but still no one return my call. What kind of customer service is this? Very, very bad, if there is a zero for review, I would select zero if I can.
