Brent J was an extremely great salesman. From the moment I walked in the doors and was looking for something specific he was there along the way to provide me great info. and his honesty earned my trust. Throughout my process of having issues with another location he was understanding, compassionate and truly made me feel valued as a customer. He was willing to do whatever it took to turn my unfortunate situation around into a positive one. He followed through on what he said. He earned my trust which is huge in a customer service industry and his transparency made me feel at ease. When I need something in the future I would definitely go back to him.

Would not recommend.Bought high rated washing machine. Turns out it is very loud, bangs a lot when it is in the spin cycle. Technician checked it out. That is just the way it is. Albert Lee will charge us $200 for "restocking fee" if we wanted to return it and buy a different washing machine. Very disappointed.Lesson learned. Never again.

Purchased the perfect gas range for me.Fatemeh at the South Center store in WA demonstrated her knowledge of the gas range options for the perfect fit for me - and the wife is happy with it too!Both during and after the sale, Fatemeh demonstrated her customer focus by ensuring I had the information I needed to decide on a scratch and dent, and manage delivery and receipt of the oven - even with a couple changes due to my schedule.I've purchased from Albert Lee in the past, have had good experiences, and have recommended to family and friends before.This past experience went beyond, and was actually an enjoyable shopping experience - for a gas range?.... YES, I'm surprised too :)

EDIT *** Thank you Albert Lee for doing the right thing and taking back the dishwasher with full refund. After we called and explained the issues to our salesperson, he spoke to his manager and called us back that we could return the dishwasher. Also, thank you Kelly for your detailed response. ***** Went to Albert Lee in Southcenter for a dishwasher replacement after ours failed. We just needed something reliable and quiet so went to their Scratch & Dent inventory and picked one out. In and out in 20 minutes with our appliance. We knew when we got it that it did not have "manuals", was out of the box, and installation hardware was missing. What we didn't know and didn't find out until we got it home and started installing was that it was used and has been installed and run. It was NOT a scratch and dent, it was a used return with no knowledge of why it was returned, or assurances that everything would run correctly. There was water still in the system which spilled all over the kitchen during installation and could see soap scum in the soap dispenser. Did a test run and louder than advertised and seems to be working, but not happy with the perceived deception. Albert Lee should mention if its a Return or really a Scratch & Dent. Price was not much lower than what could be found elsewhere, but since they compare to MSRP, it appears like huge discount. We needed a quick replacement and they were closing in 30 minutes, so yes the purchase was rushed. This was our first experience with them and could very well be our last.

After researching washer and dryer sets I decided on Albert Lee Appliance because my contractor recommended them after a frustrating experience with a big box store drop and run delivery experience. It was the Saturday after Thanksgiving and I had the best help with Fatemeh Howard. She was very knowledgable, funny, trustworthy and never rushed me even though they were very busy. I placed an order for white and an hour later changed my mind to blue. I emailed her and received a reply within 15 min and a call within an hour. I was able to find a better deal at one store, though all the others were the same price as Albert Lee. Fatemeh did a price match and didn't make me feel indecisive for changing my mind.

Very disappointed after having to alter our schedules and take time off for our order. We spent an hour and a half to get there and back, another hour with a good sales associate, bought a fridge and it arrived completely damaged. We asked them to make it right and they were not able to do anything. Our fridge is dead and they wanted us to wait another 3 days when the delivery person said a new one could be here tomorrow and that they prioritize dead fridges just to be told that they can’t do anything for the next 3 days. We wanted to support a different business outside of lowes and home depot but never again. The delivery people also left pieces of styrofoam all over our driveway and grass and they left a screw.

In 2020, I made a significant purchase of a major appliance, and while I was initially satisfied with its performance, I became aware that the included three-year warranty was nearing its expiration. Concerned about potential future issues, I decided to inquire about purchasing an extended warranty. To my surprise, when I contacted customer service, I was informed that there was no option for an additional warranty. This left me somewhat frustrated because during the initial purchase, I had specifically asked if the warranty offered was similar to what "Sears" provided, and I was led to believe that it was. Unfortunately, not only was there no option for an extension, but there was also no proactive notification system in place, unlike what I had expected based on my previous experiences with Sears.

EDIT. The GM Eric from Albert Lea called me and was very helpful in resolving our warranty issue.We ordered a variety of kitchen appliances in October of 2022 worth $40,000. Our kitchen remodel wasn't to be completed until September of 2023 but they pressured us to order now because there is a 6-8 month delay and she was worried we wouldn't get them in time. Well they came 6 weeks later (early 2023). We finally took the appliances out of the box and are installing them today 9/21/2023. I called customer service at Albert Lea and she told me to kick rocks so I called the manufacturers and they cant do anything either. Two of the appliances are out of warranty in 5 weeks and we haven't even plugged them in yet. Terrible experience and we have one year old products not installed yet. Won't use Albert Lea again!!!

We’ve been buying our appliances from them for over 20 years. They have great appliances at reasonable prices. Very competent and knowledgeable sales people.

These guys are very daring, they come to attend to the neighbor and they block my space for more than an hour, so I had to wait to leave or otherwise I have to be looking for the staff to free up my space, I don't understand why they do not use their client's parking lot if he has enough space and this has happened several times

We had been shopping for a refrigerator at the big box stores for several days - in person at Lowes and online with Costco. When I finally called Albert Lee and was lucky enough to get Brent on the line, my blood pressure finally went down. He was knowledgeable, kind, patient, and a pleasure to work with. Hoping our delivery and install goes as well as our purchase experience!

Went searching for a new upright freezer, First to Lowes, had a one way to small and another way to large so not exactly what we were looking for.Next to Albert' Lee had size we were looking for at great price.Decided to check out Home Depot just in case...but they only had two to choices, way to large and another super small, and higher prices for large one.So back to Albert' Lee to purchase!
