Darius my Apple genius is amazing..! I have an Apple TV 4K (2022) and encountered an issue where I wasn’t able to update to TV OS 17.4 (stuck on 17.3). My warranty expired on April 16, 2024 but because I called support on April 12 and had the issue documented, I was able to get a one month extension to May 12, 2024. I checked in @ 10:20am and was out of the store with a new replacement by 10:42am. This is why people pay extra for Apple products… The service you get post sale is unmatched by any other brand. Darius wasn’t playing when he said “I gotchu brotha” lol.

Tried to charge me $550 to replace my battery then recommended I buy a new computer. What a joke.

Everytime I have had to go into the Apple Store, even when it’s close to closing time the staff is so helpful. The 1st time was just to make an appointment for the next day because it was close to closing time. The next time, they were able to squeeze me in and get me taken care of the same day!! Everyone has been great in Apple so far!!

The employees lack of professional knowledge to solve apple technique issues. Even for backup, they are not capable of to do it. To be honest, apple can save money just using ai robot in this store by adopting ai technology

All employees are helpful and knowledgeable but one person really stood out. Daryl was extremely helpful with both me and my wife and extremely patient. Helping us trade in set up our new phones. He was multi-tasking helping numerous customers but always made his way back to us to help. He explained to his other team members what he was helping us with in case he had to jump in and help with someone else we were not left standing waiting for him to return. Again, his patience was amazing! My trade in phone was not complete with backing up so I’m sure I was a drain on his time. But the way he could help others and keep checking back on me was amazing. His customer service skills should be used for training. Helping people with technology requires great patience. And Daryl’s patience was so greatly appreciated. It’s service like Daryl’s why customers keep coming back. I’ll never hesitate to go to an Apple Store for any reason knowing people like Daryl will be there to help. Daryl I hope you see this, thank you again! Jeff

Bring in daughters phone, no BT no WiFi. Make me wait over 4 hours. Finally get to a tech, plugs it in….. literally 3 minutes later, No BT No WiFi, we have to replace the phone but do not have it in stock and now its so late, cant even call to see who has one in stock. Now I get to do it all over again.

Couldn’t make an appointment on the phone and said walk ins but when we drove 45 min to get there they said I needed an appointment and they didn’t have one for two days. I just ended up going to my phone service store and buying a new phone. Apple care is a joke
