Please at least greeting your customers properly.
We were there and the two employee guys didn’t even greet us or ask if we need anything. I had to come to them (while they were sitting and playing with their phones) and asked for help in order to get the needed service.
Neither of them wanted to help us and they said we had to do it on the phone. I then came to the different location and they got my service done in just 5 minutes. What’s the problem here? They could’ve done better.
This is also my first time leaving a 1-star review for a store, which indicates how bad my experience was.

The girl that was working on Saturday may 18 th is possibly the laziest person I ever met … she knows nothing about the phones you sell … if I wasn’t under contract this person would have me going to another provider just to not deal with how rude she was !!!

Visited the store for an upgrade and received exceptional service from Andrew, who was knowledgeable and helpful. He assisted me with questions about the new phone I purchased and helped me pick out some fantastic accessories before leaving.

Went in to port in a plan, and they punched in one of phone number wrong. We had to wait for a whole day running around circles not knowing they put in the wrong phone number until I realized. Made several calls to get support and none of them were able to help. Had to go in store again and tell her she put in the wrong phone number and then they took an hour to fix it. This ruined our weekend and we had a very bad experience.

Everytime I go into this store or even walk by this store the employees are either in the back and it takes them forever to get back on the floor or they are on their phones talking to someone don’t even greet me I’ve worked in the industry for a while now and this isn’t how customers should be treated. I went in to buy a watch a few months ago specifically told the representative that I did not want insurance at all and he ended up sticking it on their anyways try to back into the store so they can take it off and they tell me no they will not take it off customer care is gonna have to take it off. I will never go to this store again especially since things were added to my account without my consent

Beware of Gary Chow, the assistant store manager when coming to this location. I went to go to this location to add 3 new lines to my family plan and added my employer discount to the account. Gary was telling me about some promotional credits going on but he’ll have to check back in a week for them.He was telling me that with a total of 6 lines, i’d get $10 off on each line with my employer discount. Fast forward 1 month, I see that in the fine print that if you have 5+ lines, then the discount is reduced to $5 off each line instead. I understand that it’s easy to miss fine print but when I reached out to Gary about the credit’s for adding more lines, he stopped responding to me whenever I followed up after he added those lines.Overall I feel employee’s like Gary just try to lure you in with promises for deals and make me feel like I’m being scammed once I switched over with all these promises and lack of communication. This makes me regret switching over to at&t.I’d recommend you try another store or maybe another provider if this is how at&t operates.Edit: Even though I gave my employee badge in store, I received a text after 1 month that my employee discount was removed. Not a great experience having to go through the verification process again.
