Went in for a new phone. Took 2.5 hrs. Un knowledgeable staff. Wasn't professional. Wiped my new phone before I said to. After finishing the transfer wiped the new phone and had to start over. Couldn't transfer everything because they wiped both phones. It was a terrible experience. Ended up leaving and doing it all my self from a computer backup. No apologies are assistance from the store manager. Total lack of customer service.
They were joking about selling 4 SIM cards to a previous customer and not assigning any phone numbers to them. Said "it was his fault for not asking". Seems like the entire stores attitude is very poor.

Chad Adhahn was very knowledgeable in setting up SMART- ID on my cell phone. He was eager to help and spend the time to finish the installation. I highly recommend his services to anýone. Chad is a smart intelligent young man pleasant to deal with.

I recently visited and had the pleasure of being assisted by Hassan. He was incredibly patient and informative throughout the entire process. Hassan did a fantastic job applying my screen protector and ensured it was perfectly placed. I felt very comfortable and never pressured during my visit. He made the experience of getting a new phone both easy and enjoyable.

Please go to a different location for better assistance. I spend two hours at this location going in circles with the att agent and customer service. The agent that helped me did not follow instructions from the customer service over the phone well and made it harder than they needed too. I got my problem solved (under 20 minutes) by going to a different location.

I came here after an abysmal experience at the Issaquah location, I hauled a$$ because it was close to closing and I had two unworking phones and needed to apply my Next Up to rectify the situation. Despite it being 8:30 when I got in, I was helped by a rep named Brian and I was very impressed. He had an easy going attitude, didn't mind I came in late and was trying to switch my phone over. He was very professional and knowledgeable and got me transferred over even staying 5 or 10 minutes past closing time to get me set up with my new phone. I appreciate customer service such as this, where you're treated with respect even when disrupting the usual flow of the day by coming in late. Will definitely be returning to this location if I ever need anything in the future.
