I came in before closing and asked if it was going to be a problem if I upgraded since it was close to closing time, and they said no problem. Then when we decided that we were going to do it, they automatically got attitude and started sighing, slamming the ipad they were using. Absolutely a horrible experience, and I would appreciate a call back from the General managers. Then when we said how we were unpleased with the way they were acting they stated acting like wanna be thugs! Just a absolute joke of customer service! Then the guy says some derogatory remarks to me driving out, and I asked what he said, and he acted like he said nothing and said I was harassing him because I asked for him to repeat what he said. It’s so simple, if your open, you help the customers, but they said it would take 3 hours which I know is a lie! It’s sad when people don’t want to do their job because it will keep them a little late

Came here in 2021 to get a new phone for me and wife. Sketchy salesperson gives us two new phones and a third Sim card, saying don't worry about it you won't be charged it's just how it goes. After switching to tmobile I saw I was still getting billed by AT&T for $50 a month or so. Turns out I've been paying for a line with a first name of "Spare" and last name "Line". I now how to file fraud paperwork and a police report in order to get reimbursed by AT&T. Thanks for the awesome customer service!

Tyler is extremely patient and kind. He took weeks to get me and my family taken care of. We got great deals, and I am so thankful for Tyler at your SouthCenter store!

The place is going to close soon, as far as I'm concerned. When I was there, only one other customer was in this main store.Their expensive, they refuse to give me a senior level discount, been with them for 40 yrs.now, I'm 80. Tried to get my ex-wife(of 2 yrs ago), off my account. I keep getting text messages from att, about a phone upgrade for her. It frustrates me to no end.Stephen C HAYES ?

The building was warm on a below-freezing day, but that's about the only good thing I have to say about this experience. I came to this location after my usual store told me a corporate location might have the phone that I'm looking for in stock. (I know AT&T carries the phone, but no one seems to have it in store, which is incredibly irritating for someone who wants to try something out before they use it.) I got good enough customer service at my regular store, but when I walked into this store the person that stepped up to help clearly had no idea what I was talking about, and when they asked their manager, the manager said that they didn't carry anything by that brand - I'm not sure the correct words were even imparted to the manager for that matter. I didn't have the mental bandwidth to be a Karen about it, so I walked out. Overall it was just a really unpleasant experience, and I spent less than a minute in the store before I found myself seriously considering throwing my long-time loyalty to AT&T out the window.

ATT ripped me off and told me that my trade in device doesn't meet eligibility. I sent a device in a good working condition but they claimed that the find my device was not turned off, therefore, I won't get credit. They also refused to return my old device to me. So I would advise everyone to either stay away from ATT or at least don't trade in your device. They will basically take your device for free and deny your credit over ridiculous claims.

I have switched from T-mobile my monthly unlimited 5G was 55$ after tax. I trade in my 11 pro max and got 15 pro max. They said 65$ for your plan 33$ for the phone after trading yours it will be 10$ months for phone I also turn on auto pay to get 10 off as they promised. I paid 122 for taxes in very first day, I got my first bill next week for 160$ when I went to this store they talking about things that they never mentioned in very first day before switching. Now they are saying your monthly bill after trading in and after auto pay discount will be 97$ per month. Have to pay triple the price in 3 years. Fk you all

This review is for the Asurion AT&T technicians at the 16425 Southcenter Parkway AT&T store. I wasted my whole day coming here to get my iphone screen replaced using my AT&T insurance. After taking my phone in the back room for an hour the technician told me that she couldn't prove that my iphone was responsive even though I explained that it only appeared that way since the screen was blank black and I had reset my phone to factory settings so it was in recovery mode. I explained that if connected to a Mac you could see that the phone was responsive. She kept pushing me to replace the entire phone and saying it was against their policy to replace my iphone's screen because she couldn't verify that the phone was responsive because it wasn't making sounds (since it was in recovery mode) Her supervisor also confirmed they they couldn't help me except with a full phone replacement. From there I went to the Apple Store in the mall and waited 2 hours for an appt, at the Apple store Appt the apple technicians verified my phone was responsive and the system was working within a few minutes, and that it was just the screen that wasn't responding. The Apple store very kindly printed me out a work authorization including my phone's serial number that my phone had been verified as responsive and needed a screen replacement. I took this work authorization back to the AT&T Asurion tech in southcenter to show that my phone was responsive and she still refused to work on my phone, as did her supervisor. She did not try to verify responsiveness by plugging my phone into a mac, but said she had tried that (behind closed doors) when I had come in earlier. I suggested the apple store must just have magic since they were able to verify it in less than a minute...She continued to push for a full phone replacement and held fast that she could not fix my screen since she could not verify it was responsive according to the standards she and her supervisor insisted that my iphone had meet for a screen replacement. Very frustrated I called Asurion customer service and they suggested I try the Youbreakifix in Tacoma WA. I went there and they didn't even need to see what the Apple Store had written. They fixed my iphone screen in less than 2 hours. Clearly the Asurion at the AT&T store in southcenter is not equipped to diagnose iphones, so don't bother going there if your iphone breaks.

I checked in at 12pm, was told there was a 30 min wait, waited an hour before I was taken care of. The solution to my issue took an hour. Which is fine and I can accept because of the nature of the situation. Overall, I spent 2 hours out of my day at the AT&T store. This branch should hire more people to support the demands of its location. I would report this to AT&T corporate but I am satisfied with Tyler’s work. The job was done, he was kind, and made sure I was taken care of. 1 star in regards to the wait time. 5 star for Tyler’s service.
