Walked in, wasted 2-3 hours, LARRY sold me a prepaid SIM card with a plan he said had 30gb of data, then slowed down to 3mb per second. Well it's 3MB ALL THE TIME! Had to call store back multiple times, 611 multiple times and they want me to pay again for a month and not credit me for what I paid. LIARS AND THIEVES, TIME WASTERS.

This large retail store boasts exceptional staff who are readily available to provide assistance. We had several inquiries regarding international phone usage, and Jasmine effectively addressed our concerns.
I highly recommend this AT&T store to anyone visiting the Southcenter Mall.

Jeannette was extremely helpful. I changed from t mobile to AT&T. she gave me different options and at first I didn’t have any plan to buy a new phone, she gave me different promotions and I was convinced. she is very skilled and easy to talk to. I will always work with her every time I visit AT&T. excellent job!!!
