I am very grateful for associate ANTHONY who helped me with getting a new phone yesterday, after Mine fell between the jet bridge and the plane as I was boarding a flight in Phoenix. He was patient, helped me get my new iPhone 15 set up. It was difficult recovering data, especially pictures, from a completely smashed phone, but he managed. I am truly grateful!

Jair was amazing and did a great job getting us all the things that we needed. He was super flexible on helping us get the install completed and we really appreciate all of his hard work. He needs a raise!

Brandin and Jeannette helped us with a very complicated transfer of plans and subsequent upgrade for 3 different lines. They were pleasant and helpful, giving full explanations when we needed, and they were extremely patient (including staying over their shift!), and they gave us very clear information. We will be coming back for any coverage needs we have!

The manager at this store, Mike, gave me the best experience I’ve ever had as a customer. He went above and beyond to not only fix the problems I had but made sure I understood everything and explained all of my options in depth, with patience and understanding. He is an amazing guy, his gf is a lucky lady.. He is the best and deserves a pay raise and promotion for sure!!!

ATT ripped me off and told me that my trade in device doesn't meet eligibility. I sent a device in a good working condition but they claimed that the find my device was not turned off, therefore, I won't get credit. They also refused to return my old device to me. So I would advise everyone to either stay away from ATT or at least don't trade in your device. They will basically take your device for free and deny your credit over ridiculous claims.

The store rep grossly misrepresented pricing, activation fees, and promotions. Even after I asked, he denied additional fees.I called the store to speak with the manager and the store rep that answered the phone told me she didn't know when the manager would be in!I'm extremely dissatisfied and will never use that att store again, and I will advise all friends and family to avoid it also.

Store was extremely full but the workers made sure that I got on the list ASAP. Jeannette did such a great job working with us and the manager was great as well. I really want you guys to know that Jeannette went above and beyond with her customer service. She is a great employee and see her moving up in your company

Larry Dent gave me the best experience I have ever had at any other AT&T store ever. I would definitely recommend stopping here and seeing him for all your mobile service needs. His professionalism and customer service was extraordinary!

I went to this store #344 and the sale person was very nice to help me about my voicemail and he did help me even though it didn’t not fix it. But nevertheless he would help me weather if he could fix or not. He tried to find out about any information for me. Store #344 hopefully all the sale persons keep up the good job. Thank you.It was different from the AT&T inside Westfield mall ( he told me that he couldn’t help me, he only here to sale the product. it was disappointing to hear that. I know that it is depending upon each individual but it was very sad that he didn’t take his job seriously enough. I was as customer service myself and no matter what, at least i could try to find out about what the customer need however I could fix or not. )

I'm here to buy a new phone, sure we have 2 people in line it will be about 40 min. Are the phones on sale? Nah we're just too cheap to hire more employees.
